Guns And Ammo Production Maxed Out: “This is a Society Preparing For War”

President Barack Obama is, arguably, the best gun salesman ever. Over 65 million guns have been purchased since the President took office in 2009. FBI background check statistics indicate that, over the last twelve months, Americans purchased a new gun every 1.5 seconds, a figure which suggests there is much more to the recent panic buying than people just stocking up to go hunting or sports shooting.

The following guns and ammo industry report indicates that every major gun and ammunition manufacturer in the country is running at 100% capacity, with many so far behind that they’ve stopped taking new orders altogether.

SMITH & WESSON-is running at Full capacity making 300+ guns/day-mainly M&P pistols. They are unable to produce any more guns to help with the shortages.

RUGER: Plans to increase from 75% to 100% in the next 90 days.

FNH: Moving from 50% production to 75% by Feb 1st and 100% by March 1. Remington-Maxed out!

Armalite: Maxed out.

DPMS: Can’t get enough parts to produce any more product.

COLT: Production runs increasing weekly…bottle necked by Bolt carrier’s.

LWRC:Making only black guns, running at full capacity…can’t get enough gun quality steel to make barrels.

Springfield Armory: Only company who can meet demand but are running 30-45 days behind.

AMMO: Every caliber is now Allocated! We are looking at a nation wide shortage of all calibers over the next 9 months. All plants are producing as much ammo as possible w/ of 1 BILLION rounds produced weekly. Most is military followed by L.E. and civilians are third in line.

MAGPUL is behind 1 MILLION mags, do not expect any large quantities of magpul anytime soon.

RELOADERS… ALL Remington, Winchester, CCI & Federal primers are going to ammo FIRST. There are no extra’s for reloading purposes… it could be 6-9 months before things get caught up. Sorry for the bleak news, but now we know what to expect in the coming months. Stay tuned, we’ll keep you posted…

Many who have exercised their Second Amendment protections are first time buyers concerned with Federal and State gun grabs being spearheaded by politicians who are using the Sandy Hook school shooting as a pretext to restrict access to personal defense rifles, larger capacity magazines, and even ammunition.

But this may only be a part of why there’s so much demand. There are millions of Americans who are genuinely concerned with not just the government taking their guns, but all of their other Constitutionally protected freedoms as well. We understand what happens in regimes that disarm their people. We’ve seen the democide of the last century, which left hundreds of millions of people dead or displaced when their governments turned on them. We are determined to prevent it from happening in the land of the free.

Manufacturers were running full-bore, but couldn’t come close to keeping up with market demand.

It wasn’t just the AR-15s, the AK-pattern rifles, the M1As, and the FALs that were sold out. It really hit me when I realized that the World War-era M1 Garands, M1 carbines, and Enfield .303s were also gone, along with every last shell. Ubiquitous Mosin-Nagants—of which every gun store always seems to have 10-20—were gone. So was their ammo. Only a dust free space marked their passing. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Every weapon of military utility designed within the past 100+ years was gone.

This isn’t a society stocking up on certain guns because they fear they may be banned. This is a society preparing for war.

The US Constitution is NOT flexible.  It was never intended to be flexible.  That's why there are provisions for amending the constitution when sufficient numbers of citizens agree an amendment is needed.

 At RenewAmerica.com, Edward Daly writes:  "Many judges these days like to refer to the Constitution of the United States as a "living, breathing document," implying that its text is designed to be flexible. It is not. The Constitution is a set of rules, and like any other set of rules, it is meant to be strict and uncompromising. Of course, the Constitution can be modified through the amendment process, but once ratified, any amendment becomes like the rest of the Constitution; rigid.

And while any amendment may be repealed, as was the case with the 18th Amendment (The Prohibition Act), until that happens, it is just as concrete as any other part of the Constitution, and not subject to interpretation beyond the literal meaning of its text. The Constitution does not live, breath, or do the cha-cha, for that matter. Either the constitution means what it says, or it is of no account -- totally useless -- and the US is adrift in a sea of utter confusion, ripe for take over by tyrannical forces already tethered deep inside our government.

It is a common expression of the Progressives (read: Marxists) that the constitution is a living, breathing, document.  I know it is not.  YOU know it is not,  and THEY know it is not.  BUT -- our children don't.  And they won't -- unless parents teach them the truth.

More and more our public schools (read: indoctrination centers) are dropping Civics/government/social studies from the curriculum of their schools. Our young scholars are graduating and entering adult life without a clue as to how the US government works. They are ignorant of our founding documents.  They don't know squat about the constitution.  That makes them vulnerable to the protestations from the leftist Marxists that the constitution is a living, breathing, document and open to interpretation -- or even change -- on a whim of the government.

But, Hey!  This is how the progressives/Marxists have been making inroads into the political thinking of American society over the past decades.  "Get 'em when their young and you'll have 'em forever."

The constitution is writ in stone!  If you want to change it, you must carve another stone, as an amendment, and stand it alongside the original. The original constitution is simply not open to interpretation. 

Look at it.  Read it.  A grammar school kid can understand it.  The founders took great pains to make the constitution eminently readable and understandable.   

In a letter to Henry Lee in 1824, James Madison, considered the “father” of the Constitution, wrote:

“I entirely concur in the propriety of resorting to the sense in which the Constitution was accepted and ratified by the nation.  In that sense alone it is the legitimate Constitution.  And if that be not the guide in expounding it, there can be no security for a consistent and stable, more than for a faithful exercise of its powers.”   SOURCE:  http://www.truenorthquest.com/constitution-living-breathing-document/    

Please note the line in Madison's letter in which he says:  "In that sense alone it is the legitimate Constitution."  In other words, change the original "sense"(The meaning) of it  -- and it is NO LONGER THE US CONSTITUTION!

Now. Look at what is happening today, right this moment, in our national government.  Bills have been introduced in the Congress that would simply ignore the constitution.

All those gun control bills and gun banning bills simply ignore the original sense, the original wording,  of the Second Amendment to the US Constitution.  The Second Amendment clearly states that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be "infringed." 

Infringed means to commit a breach or infraction of; to violate or transgress. 

Simply put, the very words of the Second Amendment say -- and mean -- that the right to keep and bear arms is absolute, sacrosanct, cannot be changed, cannot be denied  -- in other words, there is not a damned thing the government can do to take the guns of American citizens.

Yet, they are trying their dead-level best to do just that. And they are counting on the support of those adults who passed through our government schools in which they were indoctrinated that the constitution is a living, breathing, document.  Those American have, most likely, never heard of Madison's letter to Henry Lee way back in 1824.  (Some, no doubt, have never even heard of James Madison.)  I would warrant most have never, ever, read the constitution, either.

Allow me to inquire -- why are we allowing this farce to continue?   If they get away with it, it means they can simply ignore more of the constitution at will.  It means they can change the "sense" of the constitution from the sense/meaning in which it was ORIGINALLY accepted and ratified.  If they get their way, the constitution will not be worth the paper it is written on.

The support by the Mainstream Media of the Marxist efforts to reinterpret the Second Amendment would be funny were it not so serious.  ("Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools ..." -- Romans 1:22 -- New Testament )  They do not seem to grasp that if the sense/meaning of the Second Amendment can be changed -- and allowed by the courts to stand -- then the sense/meaning of the First Amendment can, likewise, be changed.

Look.  The very on-going efforts to re-interpret, or change the sense/meaning of the Second Amendment, is an act of tyranny.  The constitution, itself,  forbids exactly what they are trying to do.

The 2014 elections are a couple of years away (at this writing) and it will be our first chance at removing the proponents of a living, breathing, constitution from office.  In the meantime, we ought to be  demanding the resignation of every Senator and every Congressperson supporting the effort to  "infringe" upon the Second Amendment and we ought to demand the President resign, as well.
This is quickly becoming more than just a fight to keep our guns.  This is a fight to maintain our rights under the US Constitution, our freedom and our liberty.
This is a fight for freedom.

On Wednesday, a Seattle City Council committee held a hearing to regulate unmanned police surveillance drones. The local Police Department already had two Draganflyer X6 Helicopter Tech drones bought with taxpayer money. A crowd of angry opponents, including the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), voiced spirited opposition to these spy drones, concerned about privacy.

Council members were accused of being “… more dangerous than Nazis... than Communists… than the Gestapo… than then KGB.” One citizen said the council was creating “a police state.”

By Sunday, the resulting city-wide uproar prompted Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn, down in local polls, to ground the drones, which were subsequently returned to the sellers, along with the demand for a refund.

Also last week, Charlottesville, Va., imposed a two-year moratorium on the use of unmanned surveillance drones, the first U.S. city to do so.

News reports indicated that Seattle City Council, hearing citizens from across the political spectrum, were roused in common cause by what they saw as a threat to their personal privacy – police eyes in the sky peering into their vehicles, yards, homes, bedrooms – looking for what?

That unity is an example for us all.

The Slippery Slope

Now put aside for a moment the lethal aerial drones Obama uses to destroy annoying human beings he judges to be imminent threats to Americans (whatever that means in a point of time).
How long will it be before the president and his lapdog attorney general conclude that Citizen X or Citizen Y are engaged in some nefarious actions that must be stopped, such as tax evasion or others offenses, such as hoarding precious metals or hiding unreported cash offshore.
Why waste time with due process and antiquated conventional investigative means? A tech-savvy, drone-happy president can order aerial surveillance of suspect groups or persons using a drone equipped with DARPA's surveillance video camera, ARGUS-IS (see demo), that at 15,000 feet over a small city can see and record movements as small as a human hand or the wagging of a dog’s tail. Arrest and confiscation of assets follow within minutes.

To target a suspect’s home or business, the president can order up a fleet of half-ounce Black Hornet Nano miniature surveillance helicopters, drones so small they can fit in the palm of your hand. Fitted with a tiny camera they relay still images and video to a remote video terminal manned by a police agent. The Nanos are so tiny a flock easily can hover outside your bedroom window like humming birds.

Surveillance drones already are used to patrol U.S. borders and by some U.S. police departments, but a year ago the U.S. Congress also got drone happy. Over little opposition or showing no concern about privacy, the politicians on the Hill ordered the Federal Aviation Administration to promote wider government, police and commercial drone use by September 30, 2015.

Congress ignored warnings about warrantless surveillance violations of the Fourth Amendment, police drones armed with tear gas and rubber bullets, which some departments want to use, and U.S. military drones in the U.S. sharing data with domestic law enforcement.

Bills to repeal Obamacare tax introduced in House and Senate

Congressman Erik Paulsen (R-MN) and 178 cosponsors have introduced HR 523, to repeal the $30 Billion medical device tax in Obamacare.

A Senate companion bill, S 232, has been introduced by Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT) and 7 cosponsors.

A similar bill passed the House 270-146 in 2012 but was never considered in the Senate.

There are more than 8,000 medical device companies in the U.S., which employ nearly half a million workers. The tax is putting 43,000 jobs at risk.

Congressman Paulsen said the medical device tax is “not only costing our country jobs and deterring innovation, but more importantly, it will reduce patient access to cutting edge medical products and treatments that save lives.”

The leading Democratic cosponsor of HR 523, Congressman Ron Kind (WI), said. “Repealing the medical device tax eliminates barriers to medical innovation, ensuring patients have access to life saving technologies and reduces the burden on tight R&D budgets, spurring job growth in the industry.”

Senator Hatch said, “Whacking medical device manufacturers with a near $30 Billion tax hike stifles the development of life-saving medical devices with high costs that will, ultimately, be passed on to consumers.”

The leading Democratic cosponsor of S 232, Senator Amy Klobuchar (MN), said, “This bipartisan legislation will help ensure our medical device manufacturers can continue to advance the pioneering technologies that save lives and create good jobs.”

HR 523 has been referred to the House Ways and Means Committee.  S 232 has been referred to the Senate Finance Committee.

Your Constitutional Rights have been repealed in ten states.

 

No, this isn’t a joke.   It is not exaggeration or hyperbole.  If you are in ten states in the United States, some of your rights guaranteed by the Bill of Rights have been made null and void.

 

And it is not just those ten states.  Those are just the states where everyone who lives in those states has lost some of their Constitutional Rights.  The sad truth is that there are only fourteen states where this stripping of the rights of American citizens has not yet happened.

What is going on?

The government has declared a one hundred mile zone around the United States borders to be a part of the border zone exception from the Fourth Amendment’s freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures. 

 

The Fourth Amendment states: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

 

Historically there has always been an exemption from the 4^th Amendment requirement; i.e.,  at the nation’s border.  This is the so-called border search exception to the Fourth Amendment.  Now the Department of Homeland Security is claiming the right to search electronic devices such as cell phones, laptops and tablet computers without a warrant or even any probable cause within that 100-mile zone.

 

If you live in Hawaii, or Maine, or New Hampshire, or Massachusetts, or Delaware or Rhode Island or Connecticut or Florida or Michigan, or New Jersey, congratulations, you live in a 4th Amendment-free zone !  It does not matter where you go in your state, the Department of Homeland Security can come in and demand to search your electronic devices.  They do not need any probable cause.

 

They can search you for the hell of it.

 

Those states listed are only the ones are totally covered by these “border security” search zones.  Other states like New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia have massive parts of their state that are covered by this too. 

 

This is a Constitution free zone.

 

Who is responsible for this outrage?

 

The Obama Regime is responsible of course, because Obama is currently in power.  Unfortunately this outrage started when George W. Bush was still in the White House. 

 

The language of the 4^th Amendment is clear.  It is the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects from unreasonable searches and seizures. 

 

The government still has the right to search a laptop or a cell phone if the agents have probable cause and get a warrant or if they have probable cause and there are exigent circumstances. Electronic devices are the 21^st century equivalent of papers and are certainly our effects. 

 

If the Department of Homeland Security can search someone’s cell phone or laptop without a warrant or even probable cause because you are within 100 miles of the border, what is next?  Will the government start saying that if you live within 100 miles of the border, the Department of Homeland Security because of the border search exception to the Fourth Amendment now has the right to search cars and homes without either a warrant or even probable cause?

 

This is insanity and it must stop. 

 

Where is the Tea Party Caucus in the House of Representatives?  Why aren’t they screaming about this desecration of the Constitution?    Republicans should be the first to the floor of the House and Senate denouncing this and introducing legislation to rein in the Department of Homeland Security.

 

Will this happen anytime soon?

The Benghazi terrorist attack was a debacle in three distinct stages. The fatal mistakes occurred in the first two — the failure to provide adequate security before the attack and the failure to provide help once it started. Those mistakes were tragic, but the Obama administration’s explanations are coherent, though hardly defensible.

The mystery always has been the third stage — the aftermath, or more accurately, the coverup. Even before the bodies of the four Americans came home, the White House was eager to tell any story except the real one.

Aides twisted and turned to create the false narrative that a protest over an anti-Muslim video was spontaneously hijacked by radicals. But two problems quickly emerged: There was no video protest in Benghazi, and the attack, which used heavy weaponry, was well planned.

So, why did the White House spin the web of deceit? Don’t they know the coverup is worse than the crime?

Finally, we have the answer, thanks to Defense Secretary Leon Panetta. In his reluctant Senate testimony, he provided the missing piece of the puzzle: The commander in chief was MIA. The coverup was created to protect his absence.

According to Panetta, President Obama checked in with his military team early on during the attack, then checked out for the rest of the night. The next day, we already knew, he blamed the video maker and flew to Las Vegas for a campaign event.

Meanwhile, half a world away, Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans had been slaughtered by Islamists. Their murders on the 11th anniversary of 9/11 gave the incident extra gravity and led the White House to conceal the facts. An honest chronology would have revealed the president’s shocking behavior during the most successful attack against Americans by foreigners since 9/11.

Imagine the questions that would have come: What did Obama do through the long, bloody night? Whom did he talk to? When did he learn that Stevens was dead?

There is still much we don’t know, but Panetta, under persistent Senate probing, revealed that Obama simply wasn’t involved. Did he just go to sleep?

That question, like other good ones, was asked by Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina. Panetta and the chairman of the joint chiefs, Martin Dempsey, told Graham they didn’t sleep, but said they didn’t know if Obama did.

You would think a presidential conscience would keep him awake and engaged until he knew what had happened in Benghazi. You would be wrong.

Instead, the two officials said they had only one, 30-minute conversation with Obama. It began at around 5 p.m. Washington time, 90 minutes after the first attack started, and they never spoke to him again that night.

4 - Ron Brown -
Secretary of Commerce and former DNC Chairman. Reported to have died
by impact in a plane crash. A pathologist close to the
investigation reported that there was a hole in the top of Brown's
skull resembling a gunshot wound. At the time of his death Brown was
being investigated, and spoke publicly of his willingness to cut a
deal with prosecutors. The rest of the people on the plane
also died. A few days later the air Traffic controller
commited suicide.
5 - C. Victor Raiser, II -
Raiser, a major player in the Clinton fund raising organization died
in a private plane crash in July 1992.
6 - Paul Tulley -
Democratic National Committee Political Director found dead in a
hotel room in Little Rock , September 1992. Described by
Clinton as a "dear friend and trusted advisor".
7 - Ed Willey -
Clinton fundraiser, found dead November 1993 deep in the woods in VA
of a gunshot wound to the head. Ruled a suicide. Ed Willey died on the same day his wife Kathleen Willey claimed Bill
Clinton groped her in the oval office in the White House. Ed
Willey was involved in several Clinton fund raising events.
8 - Jerry Parks -
Head of Clinton's gubernatorial security team in Little Rock ..
Gunned down in his car at a deserted intersection outside Little
Rock. Park's son said his father was building a dossier on
Clinton He allegedly threatened to reveal this
information. After he died the files were mysteriously removed
from his house.
9 - James Bunch -
Died from a gunshot suicide. It was reported that he had a
"Black Book" of people which contained names of influential people
who visited prostitutes in Texas and Arkansas
10 - James Wilson -
Was found dead in May 1993 from an apparent hanging suicide. He was
reported to have ties to Whitewater..
11 - Kathy Ferguson -
Ex-wife of Arkansas Trooper Danny Ferguson, was found dead in May 1994, in
her living room with a gunshot to her head. It was ruled a
suicide even though there were several packed suitcases, as if she
were going somewhere. Danny Ferguson was a co-defendant along
with Bill Clinton in the Paula Jones lawsuit Kathy Ferguson
was a possible corroborating witness for Paula Jones.
12 - Bill Shelton -
Arkansas State Trooper and fiancee of Kathy Ferguson. Critical
of the suicide ruling of his fiancee, he was found dead in June,
1994 of a gunshot wound also ruled a suicide at the grave site of
his fiancee.
13 - Gandy Baugh -
Attorney for Clinton's friend Dan Lassater, died by jumping out a
window of a tall building January, 1994. His client was a
convicted drug distributor.
14 - Florence Martin -
Accountant & sub-contractor for the CIA, was related to the
Barry Seal, Mena , Arkansas,
airport drug smuggling case. He died of three gunshot
wounds.
15 - Suzanne Coleman -
Reportedly had an affair with Clinton when he was Arkansas Attorney
General. Died of a gunshot wound to the back of the head,
ruled a suicide. Was pregnant at the time of her death.
16 - Paula Grober -
Clinton's speech interpreter for the deaf from 1978 until her death
December 9, 1992. She died in a one car accident.
17 - Danny Casolaro -
Investigative reporter. Investigating Mena Airport and Arkansas Development
Finance Authority. He slit his wrists, apparently, in the
middle of his investigation.

Whitewater investigator for Resolution Trust Corp. Jumped to
his death from his Arlington , Virginia apartment balcony August 15,
1993. He was investigating the Morgan Guaranty scandal.
20 - Barbara Wise -
Commerce Department staffer. Worked closely with Ron Brown and
John Huang. Cause of death unknown. Died November 29,
1996. Her bruised, nude body was found locked in her office at
the Department of Commerce.
21 - Charles Meissner -
Assistant Secretary of Commerce who gave John Huang special security
clearance, died shortly thereafter in a small plane crash.
22 - Dr. Stanley Heard -
Chairman of the National Chiropractic Health Care Advisory Committee
died with his attorney Steve Dickson in a small plane crash.
Dr. Heard, in addition to serving on Clinton 's advisory council

Drug running TWA pilot out of Mena Arkansas, death was no accident.

Investigated Madison Guaranty. His death was a purported
suicide and his report was never released.

Attorney and Clinton fundraiser died March 1, 1994, when his plane

Known as "The boys on the track" case. Reports say the boys
may have stumbled upon the Mena Arkansas airport drug
operation. A controversial case, the initial report of death
said, due to falling asleep on railroad tracks. Later reports
claim the 2 boys had been slain before being placed on the tracks.
Many linked to the case died before their testimony could come
before a Grand Jury.
