Tina asked me to send this out to you all.... I don't normally send out e-mails like this.  But I have been trying to get Marco Rubio's office to speak about NALEO's (National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials - a pro-amnesty leftist group) claims that Rubio was with them regarding immigration before the election, and I have never been stonewalled by a politician's staff like this before, not in 30 years of political work. And yet I am a constituent of Marco Rubio's.  I've watched him in Florida for years.  And he is supposed to respond to me.  This morning, his staff misdirected me again. They actually refused to tell me the NAME of his public relations person in Orlando.  Let me reiterate: I am a constituent of this man, and he is an elected official, not a rock star.  His staff are our employees, not bouncers.        I watched Rubio shed his past as a politician who took a no-show set-aside job at a state college while his inner circle funneled money into private pockets from Florida's education budget -- does the indicted Ray Sansom ring a bell?  Sansom and Rubio were thick as thieves -- from the "Taj Mahal" courthouse boondoggle to Rubio's no-show teaching job granted him when he ran into financial troubles -- our tax dollars stolen so he could carry water for RINO crooks from Tallahassee to Washington DC.  I watched him curiously fail to pass the immigration reform legislation Floridians demanded while he held the power to do so in the Florida House. I watched him re-invent himself on the national scene as a "conservative" politician with the help of the RNC and "conservative" beltway journalists who dreamed of having their own version of a biracial Republican Obama in the White House.   And I watched him abandon the people who put him in office, betray the Tea Party, and surround himself with one of the most insular staffs in Washington.  This was all by design, folks.  We were had. You can forget about getting information from this crew.  Ordinary citizens don't matter, now that Rubio has some at Red State and some at the National Review fawning over his "clean, articulate" shiny political future -- although in fairness, some writers at these papers are finally waking up. I did not vote my conscience in the last two  elections and in so doing, I am haunted because I really do practice "to thine own self be true".  And I let myself down.  Know why?  I listened to propaganda.  I knew Obama would win by any means possible and that a vote cast for a Republican or any other candidate would not count at all.  However, since the Republicans have shown me to be  deceitful, weak, spineless, dishonest, lazy incompetents, I will be choosing an alternate party.  There are alternatives out there.  I cannot ever vote Republican again.  Turn yourself inside out to convince me and I won't care.  Especially when there is so much voter fraud that a 146 per cent of the voters elected the fraud-in-chief and no one cared to dispute it to where the vote was counted correctly exactly as in thoroughly vetting the pretender to the presidency.  All those people we sent to Washington, DC, didn't care and they didn't care about how we felt.  They laughed at us for daring to understand that he couldn't hold a job at the municipal animal shelter because he couldn't show a record of his past.

The candidate the Republicans chose ran against his will (so one of his sons said), was uninspired, and was never going to win.  That was decided long before the election.  The Republicans we sent to Washington are too quick to compromise with the Obama regime and the existing RINOS.  We don't want compromise.  Look at what it's got us.  It got us a dictator, and they are fine with that.  Wait until the DHS/TSA (Obama's private army)  bullets start flying and the tanks start rolling under martial law because make no mistake, if the Marxist/Communists/social/progressives have their way on the Second Amendment, it's sure to happen.  They won't know what to do.

Do you really think we would be at this point if Ron Paul had been elected?  Would we be facing $20K, IRS-enforced payments for Obamacare within months?  A DHS/TSA armed to the teeth to kill us?  He talked "funny".  He wasn't physically attractive.  He couldn't communicate well, he had a weird foreign policy...but he sent a loud and clear message to me and he would have defunded Obamacare instantly, abolished the Federal Reserve for starters.

Until we find a strong, dynamic, phosphorescent, magnetic candidate from an alternate party, the USA won't survive.  He or she must be a guided missile intent and focused on defeating every false prophet, every puppet of Soros, etc.  So maybe we should look for someone in the other crop of candidates and push that candidate into the spotlight now, because if we don't we will have the Butcher of Benghazi, Hillary Clinton, sitting in the Oval Office (unless Obama installs a throne in the new Oval Office).  If we as a country, last that long.

House Republican Leader John Boehner is taking the liberty of reading the entire 300-page amendment added to the Waxman-Markey energy bill THIS MORNING at 3am. Democrats want to pass the largest tax in American history, slipping amendments in in the dark? Republicans won’t stand for this. Check it out. His commentary is pretty good too and Waxman isn’t happy.

It's crap and trade. Cap and Trade is a fancy word for tax increase. Worse, it is a tax on the middle class to subsidize the affluent. States that rely heavily on energy pay more. Miami, Ohio will subsidize Miami, Florida. Why not tie actual warming to carbon taxing based on evidence? Considering that it has been decreasing since 2002, the gubmint might wind up owing us money.

Anticipating such alarmist efforts, Dr. Ross McKitrick, the brilliant University of Guelph Economics Professor who helped debunk the Hockey Stick fraudulence of Mann et al, called their bluff in this June 12, 2007 Op-Ed. Why not tie carbon taxes to actual levels of warming? Both skeptics and alarmists should expect their wishes to be answered

Below are the salient points of McKitrick’s proposal. Again, the entire June 12, 2007 Op-Ed can be read here, and his full discussion of the proposal can be evaluated here.

The IPCC [Inter-Governmental Panel on Climate Change] predicts a warming rate in the tropical troposphere of about double that at the surface, implying about 0.2C to 1.2C per decade in the tropical troposphere under greenhouse-forcing scenarios. That implies the tax will climb by $4 to $24 per ton per decade, a much more aggressive schedule of emission fee increases than most current proposals. At the upper end of warming forecasts, the tax could reach $200 per ton of CO2 by 2100, forcing major carbon-emission reductions and a global shift to non-carbon energy sources.

Global-warming activists would like this. But so would skeptics, because they believe the models are exaggerating the warming forecasts. After all, the averaged UAH [University of Alabama-Huntsville] / RSS [Remote Sensing Systems] tropical troposphere series went up only about 0.08C over the past decade, and has been going down since 2002. Some solar scientists even expect pronounced cooling to begin in a decade. If they are right, the T3 tax will fall below zero within two decades, turning into a subsidy for carbon emissions.

At this point the global-warming alarmists would leap up to slam the proposal. But not so fast, Mr. Gore: The tax would only become a carbon subsidy if all the climate models are wrong, if greenhouse gases are not warming the atmosphere, and if the sun actually controls the climate. Alarmists sneeringly denounce such claims as “denialism,” so they can hardly reject the policy on the belief that they are true.

Under the T3 tax, the regulator gets to call everyone’s bluff at once, without gambling in advance on who is right. If the tax goes up, it ought to have. If it doesn’t go up, it shouldn’t have. Either way we get a sensible outcome.

Al Gore invests millions to make billions in cap-and-trade software

Al Gore’s venture capital firm has invested $6 million in a software company that stands to make billions of dollars from cap-and-trade regulation — further fueling controversy that Gore lied about his profiteering from cap-and-trade to Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) and the House Energy and Environment Subcommittee during testimony in April.

Hara Software sells software to help track greenhouse gas emissions. The market for such software is now about $2.5 billion dollars in size, and is expected to grow by a factor of ten to $25 billion if cap-and-trade legislation is enacted, according to Hara CEO Amit Chatterjee.

Kleiner Perkins, a venture capital firm in which Al Gore is a partner, invested in Hara just last year. Chatterjee told Reuters that,
