How
many Americans have heard of Extortion 17? Extortion 17 was the call
sign for the Chinook helicopter shot down in Afghanistan on the night of
August 6, 2011. Killed in that crash were 25 special ops forces,
including 15 members of Seal Team 6, 5 national Guard troops and 8
Afghans.
Today,
the families of the military killed in that crash held a press
conference to lay out the coverup by Obama and the military that has
gone on since that crash. The video of the press conference can be found

I
watched the live stream of the press conference, admittedly crying
throughout. Then the point came that the tears turned into white hot
anger. Every American citizen must watch this video. The major Obama
regime coverups did not occur only in Fast and Furious, the New Black
Panther voter intimidation case and Benghazi. The man sitting in OUR
White house is methodically destroying our country, our military and our
very existence.
Islamist Imam praying over our soldiers at Bagram Air Base
At
the beginning of the video is footage of the Islamist Imam praying over
our soldiers at Bagram Air Base. Of course he prays in Arabic, but in
the English translation he sent our heroes into eternal hell as infidels
while praising the Islamist relationship with our country. You read
that right, and our Government and our military let that happen.
This
operation reads like a set up from the beginning. All the Special Ops
forces were packed into one National Guard Chinook. There was no escort
for the Seals that night, no pathfinder, and conveniently the “eye in
the sky” (drone) didn’t work. The seven members of the Afghan military
that were to accompany our service members were switched out just prior
to take off. The names of the seven Afghans appearing on the flight
manifesto were not the seven that boarded that helicopter on the night
of August 6, 2011.
Apparently
the call to switch out these seven Afghans was made by an “out of
theater” commander. To this day, no one has come forward identifying
that commander. America needs to demand an answer to that question.
Remember, prior to this crash, Barack Obama and Joe Biden had identified
Seal Team 6 as the forces that killed Osama Bin Laden. One has to ask,
“were they a trade off for Bin Laden?”

In
October 2011, US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced that an
investigation carried out following the shoot down concluded “that all
operational decisions, linked to the incident, were deemed tactically
sound” and the helicopter crashed after a RPG round impacted the aft
rotor assembly.
While
the Obama administration was busy spinning the coverup, other reports
were surfacing that the Taliban had laid an elaborate trap for U.S.
special operations forces, luring them in with false information. A
senior Afghan government official, speaking anonymously, said that
Taliban commander Qari Tahir had fed U.S. forces false information about
a meeting of insurgent leaders and fighters waited for the helicopter
from both sides of a steep valley: “The Taliban knew which route the
helicopter would take. That’s the only route, so they took position on
either side of the valley on mountains and as the helicopter approached,
they attacked it with rockets and other modern weapons. It was brought
down by multiple shots.”
It
was heart wrenching listening to Karen Vaughn, a mother who lost her
only son. He was a proud member of Seal Team 6. She is angry that
current rules of engagement put her son’s life, and that of every son
and daughter serving in the military today in grave danger. She demanded
to know if reaching the hearts and minds of Muslim extremists is more
important than her son’s life. She also expressed anger at the form
letters the President keeps sending out when our children are killed.
Her
husband, Billy Vaughn, recounted the visit they received from Admiral
William McRaven, who was apparently sent to put a lid on their
inquiries. The Admiral was the head of the Joint Strategic Objectives
Plan (JSOP), as well as runner up for Time’s Man of the Year in 2011.
As
the Vaughns are residents of Florida, they also approached Sen. Marco
Rubio to enlist his assistance in their quest for answers. Sen. Rubio
told him he would talk to his new BFF, John McCain, and see what they
could do. Mr. Vaughn’s response was “No, thank you, I’ll do it myself, I
don’t trust John McCain or the GOP establishment to pursue this.
Doug
Hamburger, another grieving father has questioned why no interviews
were done with Afghan Command or military in compiling the 1,250 page
official report.
Charles
and MaryAnn Strange lost their 25-year-old son, who had been a Navy
Seal for 6 years. Mr. Strange made inquiries as to the whereabouts of
the black box. He was told it washed away in a flood. His response was,
“in Afghanistan?” After repeated questions, Mr. Strange was told
everything was in “the book”. After requesting a copy of said book, he
was presented with a book with no ink in it. When he questioned this and
requested a true copy, he was told the original had been burned. They
were then given a disk. Unfortunately for Mr. and Mrs. Strange, the disk
was full of white outs.
Also
present at the press conference was retired Admiral James Lyons.
Admiral Lyons has a distinguished 36-year Naval career, mot recently as
Commander in Chief of the Pacific Fleet. Admiral Lyons has also called
for an answer to the question, “who made the decision to put them all on
one helicopter”? He stated emphatically that this mission was
compromised as the Taliban knew we were coming. The Admiral stated
emphatically this was a dereliction of duty just like Benghazi; not to
come to the aid of our people is unconscionable.
Joining
the press conference were Army Major General Paul Vallely, General Tom
MacInerney, Lt. Colonel Allen West, former Seals, Benjamin Smith and
Larry Bailey and Act for America’s Brigitte Gabriel. From all of them
came an admonition and dire warning that the American people must wake
up and realize who the true enemy is: Islamist Jihadists. They are all
unanimous in the belief we are being destroyed from within. Former Seal
Benjamin Smith went so far as to say he believes Barack Obama is guilty
of treason. I share that belief.
A
recurring theme during this press conference was that we, the American
people, must stand together and demand a Congressional hearing into
Extortion 17. To date, only three of our House Representatives, Michelle
Bachman, Louis Gohmert and Trent Franks have been actively working to
assist the family members. Unfortunately, the same Congress that held a
hearing to address drug usage in the NFL, has no interest in holding
hearings to get to the bottom of what actually happened on the night of
August 6, 2011 and the ensuing cover up.
It’s
up to “We the People” to demand a hearing and help the families of our
fallen heroes get the answers they rightfully deserve. Please not only
watch this video, but make sure it goes viral. Then pick up the phone
and call your Representative in Congress and demand a Congressional
hearing. Keep calling until that hearing is scheduled. We’ve kept up the
pressure on Benghazi. These families deserve no less from us.

THE GOLDEN RETRIEVER, BELLA, HAS PASSED AWAY
After six years of wanting another dog, after her Dixie died, if you are a regular reader, you know that my friend in Washington was delighted after adopting beautiful Bella who is our cover girl. That's Bella.
She was doing very well, but missing her former owner. In three days she was not eating - showing no signs but anorexia and we all thought she was pining. Four days later, after constant attention, a vet put her to sleep while my friend held her and loved her away.
The night before, my friend slept with Bella on the kitchen floor. She was so broken hearted.
But she did the right thing for this is what the vet reported: Bella was bleeding to death. The best diagnosis she offered was Hemangiosarcoma often found in Golden Retrievers Bella's age. http://www.caninecancer.com/Hemangiosarcoma.html
We both cried - she in Washington and me here in the south. We'd been speaking constantly, worrying about poor Bella.
Sometimes, I have found when dear Maggie had to be put down of liver failure in Oregon, that Bear came to live with us almost immediately, a product of divorce, left at the vet's office. He never could take her place; he was his own very quirky guy. When Blade contracted bone cancer suddenly, a large dog was needed to help dull the pain - his death so quick and unexpected. I visited the local animal control desirous of saving a life. And there was Jack; a tiny blond handful of puppy, and absolutely irresistible sitting on a laptop case. He was handed to me. "Take him home," someone said, and I did. But strangely, in a week, Maya needed a home. Her owner was off to law school. This was her third home. She'd been at animal control twice. Like Blade, she just needed the right fit and when she greeted me at the front door, I think I just snapped the leash to her collar. It was her eyes. She's getting gray now, but loves her life, fitting into what has been a continuum of blessings that has lasted for 50 years.
The other night Bobby told me she wants a Lab puppy (black and female, please), while she waits for her broken wrist to heal a little more. But if you know of a litter in the Seattle area, you just leave a comment here.
And love to Bella, wherever she is in her journey back to God.

Lee joins Paul in talking filibuster against CIA nominee Brennan

Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) on Wednesday joined Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) in his
talking filibuster against the nomination of John Brennan to be
director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
“Americans have every reason to be concerned any time the government
wants to intrude on life, liberty or prosperity,” Lee said. “We’re
talking here about the sanctity of human life and we have to take steps
to protect that.”
Paul had been speaking from the Senate floor for more than three hours before another GOP member joined him.
“I’m
here to filibuster John Brennan’s nomination to be director of CIA,”
Paul said on the Senate floor Wednesday. “I will speak for as long as it
takes."
“I will speak today until the president says, ‘no’ he will not kill you at a café or in your home.”
Paul
has said he wants more answers from the administration on whether
American citizens can be targeted by armed drones inside the United
States before he'll lift his filibuster on Brennan's nomination.
“
No
American should be killed by a drone on American soil without first
being found guilty of a crime,” Paul said. “That an American could be
killed on American soil is an abomination.” Paul noted that his
throat was getting dry as he passed the one-hour mark of the talking
filibuster, which has become rare in the upper chamber. Senators are
allowed to filibuster without commanding the floor, so few choose to
hold up nominations or legislation by speaking.

Senate
Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) said earlier Wednesday that he had
hoped to have a vote on Brennan’s nomination so that lawmakers could
leave town before a snowstorm prevented members from heading home for
the weekend.
The Senate Intelligence panel in a 12-3 vote on
Tuesday approved Brennan, but Paul has said he will keep his filibuster
going until President Obama says he will not kill Americans by drone
attack on American soil.
“Has America the Beautiful become ‘Alice
in Wonderland’?” Paul said. “When I asked the president can you kill an
American on American soil, it should have been an easy answer — an
unequivocal "no."
“But his answer was, ‘I haven’t killed anyone yet and I have no intention of killing Americans, but I might.’ ”
Paul said the possibility that a citizen could be targeted
without being charged in the courts went against the Fifth Amendment of
the Constitution, which gives citizens the right to a trial by a jury of
their peers.
“The Fifth Amendment should also protect you from a president who might kill you with a drone,” Paul said. “No American should be killed in their house without a warrant. … But [Obama] says trust him, he hasn’t done it yet.
“Mr. President that’s not good enough. … I will not sit quietly in my office and let him shred the Constitution.”

Recently released Justice Department documents claim the CIA and the DOD
have the legal right to take out terror suspects across the globe via
armed drone strikes, even if those suspects happen to be U.S. citizens.
The
legal justifications allowing armed drones to take out U.S. citizens
suspected of terrorism overseas would open the door to such strikes
against Americans inside the U.S., according to Paul.
Attorney General Eric Holder this week declined to rule out armed-drone strikes on American soil, though he said it's a far-fetched scenario.
In a letter sent to Paul before Brennan's confirmation vote, Holder said the White House "has no intention" of launching drone strikes on American soil, saying the administration "rejects the use of military force" inside the U.S. when "well-established law enforcement authorities" exist.
"The question you have posed is therefore entirely hypothetical, unlikely to occur, and one we hope no president will ever have to confront," Holder wrote.

Just a quick refresher course lest we forget what has happened to many
" friends " of the Clintons.
1 - James McDougal -
Clintons convicted Whitewater partner died of an apparent heart
attack, while in solitary confinement. He was a key witness in Ken
Starr's investigation.
2 - Mary Mahoney -
A former White House intern was murdered July 1997 at a Starbucks
Coffee Shop in Georgetown .. The murder happened just after she was
to go public with her story of sexual harassment in the White
House.
3 - Vince Foster -
Former White House councilor, and colleague of Hillary Clinton at
Little Rock's Rose Law firm. Died of a gunshot wound to the head,
ruled a suicide.
4 - Ron Brown -
Secretary of Commerce and former DNC Chairman. Reported to have died
by impact in a plane crash. A pathologist close to the
investigation reported that there was a hole in the top of Brown's
skull resembling a gunshot wound. At the time of his death Brown was
being investigated, and spoke publicly of his willingness to cut a
deal with prosecutors. The rest of the people on the plane
also died. A few days later the air Traffic controller
commited suicide.
5 - C. Victor Raiser, II -
Raiser, a major player in the Clinton fund raising organization died
in a private plane crash in July 1992.
6 - Paul Tulley -
Democratic National Committee Political Director found dead in a
hotel room in Little Rock , September 1992. Described by
Clinton as a "dear friend and trusted advisor".
7 - Ed Willey -
Clinton fundraiser, found dead November 1993 deep in the woods in VA
of a gunshot wound to the head. Ruled a suicide. Ed Willey died on the same day his wife Kathleen Willey claimed Bill
Clinton groped her in the oval office in the White House. Ed
Willey was involved in several Clinton fund raising events.
8 - Jerry Parks -
Head of Clinton's gubernatorial security team in Little Rock ..
Gunned down in his car at a deserted intersection outside Little
Rock. Park's son said his father was building a dossier on
Clinton He allegedly threatened to reveal this
information. After he died the files were mysteriously removed
from his house.
9 - James Bunch -
Died from a gunshot suicide. It was reported that he had a
"Black Book" of people which contained names of influential people
who visited prostitutes in Texas and Arkansas
10 - James Wilson -
Was found dead in May 1993 from an apparent hanging suicide. He was
reported to have ties to Whitewater..
11 - Kathy Ferguson -
Ex-wife of Arkansas Trooper Danny Ferguson, was found dead in May 1994, in
her living room with a gunshot to her head. It was ruled a
suicide even though there were several packed suitcases, as if she
were going somewhere. Danny Ferguson was a co-defendant along
with Bill Clinton in the Paula Jones lawsuit Kathy Ferguson
was a possible corroborating witness for Paula Jones.
12 - Bill Shelton -
Arkansas State Trooper and fiancee of Kathy Ferguson. Critical
of the suicide ruling of his fiancee, he was found dead in June,
1994 of a gunshot wound also ruled a suicide at the grave site of
his fiancee.
13 - Gandy Baugh -
Attorney for Clinton's friend Dan Lassater, died by jumping out a
window of a tall building January, 1994. His client was a
convicted drug distributor.
14 - Florence Martin -
Accountant & sub-contractor for the CIA, was related to the
Barry Seal, Mena , Arkansas,
airport drug smuggling case. He died of three gunshot
wounds.
15 - Suzanne Coleman -
Reportedly had an affair with Clinton when he was Arkansas Attorney
General. Died of a gunshot wound to the back of the head,
ruled a suicide. Was pregnant at the time of her death.
16 - Paula Grober -
Clinton's speech interpreter for the deaf from 1978 until her death
December 9, 1992. She died in a one car accident.
17 - Danny Casolaro -
Investigative reporter. Investigating Mena Airport and Arkansas Development
Finance Authority. He slit his wrists, apparently, in the
middle of his investigation.
18 - Paul Wilcher -
Attorney investigating corruption at Mena Airport with Casolaro and
the 1980 "October Surprise" was found dead on a toilet June 22,
1993, in his Washington DC apartment. Had delivered a report
to Janet Reno 3 weeks before his death.
19 - Jon Parnell Walker -
Whitewater investigator for Resolution Trust Corp. Jumped to
his death from his Arlington , Virginia apartment balcony August 15,
1993. He was investigating the Morgan Guaranty scandal.
20 - Barbara Wise -
Commerce Department staffer. Worked closely with Ron Brown and
John Huang. Cause of death unknown. Died November 29,
1996. Her bruised, nude body was found locked in her office at
the Department of Commerce.
21 - Charles Meissner -
Assistant Secretary of Commerce who gave John Huang special security
clearance, died shortly thereafter in a small plane crash.
22 - Dr. Stanley Heard -
Chairman of the National Chiropractic Health Care Advisory Committee
died with his attorney Steve Dickson in a small plane crash.
Dr. Heard, in addition to serving on Clinton 's advisory council
personally treated Clinton's mother, stepfather and brother.
23 - Barry Seal -
Drug running TWA pilot out of Mena Arkansas, death was no accident.
24 - Johnny Lawhorn, Jr. -
Mechanic, found a check made out to Bill Clinton in the trunk of a

IN 5-15 YEARS, 95% OF AMERICANS WILL BE DEAD
Someone just sent this to me. Interesting. Believe it or not. Maybe at your peril. Maybe not. If we can get the trainwreck cleaned up and the shit in the White House shoveled out, and sanitize Congress, maybe we can do something. But be forewarned.

As a recent article has indicated, from mass bombing in Southeast Asia to employing death squads in South America, the US military and the CIA have been directly and indirectly responsible for an updated figure of an estimated ten million deaths (1). But it’s not called mass murder these days. Ironically, the US has hijacked the word ‘terror’ to justify its brand of tyranny through a war on terror.

But it’s not called mass murder these days. Ironically, the US has hijacked the word ‘terror’ to justify its brand of tyranny through a war on terror.
You
can also add to that ten million, countless others whose
lives have been sacrificed on the altar of corporate profit,
which did not rely on the military to bomb peoples and
countries into submission, but on a certain policy. It’s not
browbeating. It’s structural adjustment.
As a
result, hundreds of thousands of Indian farmers have taken
their own lives over the past decade and a half largely as a
result of US agribusiness manipulating global commodity
prices courtesy of policies enacted on its behalf by the US
government or due to the corporate monopoly, or
frontier technology, of terminator seeds that
also landed farmers in debt which was just too much for them
to bear (2).
The
plight of Indian farmers is not unique. How many lives have
been cut short across the world because of the inherent
structural violence or silent killing of the everyday
seemingly benign functioning of predatory capitalism? The
built-in inequalities of the system have effectively stolen
years from people’s lives, the health from their bodies, the
livelihoods from their hands, the water from their taps and
food from their plates. From the UK to Africa, the
subjugated classes – the now often discarded economic
fodder, the cannon fodder during times of war or the
returning heroes to be thrown overboard by the
system on coming home, the people who are to be manipulated
and exploited at will via bogus notions of nationalism or
the national interest – have had
their lives cut short or stripped bare of opportunities due
to the hardships imposed by the iron fist of capitalism (3).
The
appropriation of wealth through a system that funnels it
from bottom to top via a process of accumulation by
dispossession (4) is celebrated as growth,
prosperity, and
freedom of choice, despite evidence that, from
Greece to Spain, the reality for the majority has been
increasing poverty, the stripping away of choice and misery.
You
wouldn’t know much about this if you just used the
mainstream media for information, though. Sure, you may have
been told to tighten your belt
because we are all in it together
and must make some sacrifices in these difficult economic
times.
And
just for good measure, as much of the country (any country)
is thrown onto the scraphead because it is surplus to
requirements now that their jobs have been outsourced
abroad, we simply must attack Mali, Syria, Libya, Iran (the
list goes on) because not to do so would let the evil-doers
take over the world. And then where would we be without such
high-minded notions? It’s not resource plunder. It’s
humanitarianism.
Well,
we would be precisely where we are right now because the
evil-doers are already in control and waging war not only on
the people of those countries just mentioned, but on the
people within their own countries too via the tools of
surveillance, the penal system, the comotosing effects of
spymaster imported illegal drugs or the infotainment
industry and the barrage of legislation that is serving to
strip away civil liberties. The game is up, the dominant
Western economy (the US) is broken beyond repair (5).
Imperialism and militarism won’t save it, but dissent won’t
be allowed.
And as
private bankers entrap us all even further via their licence
to print and loan currencies to national governments then
also loan them the interest on it that spirals out of hand
so it can never be paid back (6), they are able to line
their pockets even further by buying up national assets on
the cheap from the countries they bankrupted in the first
place. It’s not racketeering. It’s austerity.
“And now they’re coming for your social security. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street. And you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all sooner or later because they own this place.” Gorge Carlin, writer, critic and comedian.
And
where is the mainstream media in all of this? Where are
those journalists whose claim to respectability is their
rigid professionalism, their
accountability, their
objectivity? If you can call professionalism,
accountability and objectivity being in the pocket of and
not wishing to offend advertising interests, officialdom,
lobbyists or corporate think tanks then they are paragons of
absolute virtue!
Peddling their high salaried lies, they have failed and
continue to fail the public. By shining their dim
‘investigative’ light on ‘parliamentary procedures’,
personalities, the rubber stamping of policies and the inane
machinations of party politics, they merely serve to
maintain and perpetuate the status quo and keep the public
in the dark as to the unaccountable self-serving power
broking and unity of interests that enable Big Oil, Big
Banking, Big Pharma, Big Agra and the rest of them to keep
bleeding us all dry.
Looking back to the BBC’s reporting of the NATO bombing of
Libya provides quite revealing insight into the mainstream
media. The coverage was disgracefully one-sided. Is the
public to pay for a ‘public service’ broadcaster in order to
be misled and for it to secure our compliance for illegal
state-corporate policies? There was little analysis of
‘mission’ drift’ or of where the insurgents where getting
their arms from despite a UN-sanctioned arms embargo. Much
less of NATO’s moral right to bomb a path into Tripoli. No
talk there of what University of Johannesburg professor
Chris Landsberg said was NATO’s violation of international
law or of the 200 prominent African figures who accused
western nations of subverting international law.
On the
other hand, though, what we are served courtesy of the
mainstream media each time Britain decides to wage war is a
tasty dish of nationalistic sentiment and the old colonial
mentality of ‘our boys’ going out ‘there’ to help civilise
the barbarians.
But
that’s the role of the media: to help reinforce and
reproduce the material conditions of an exploitative and
divisive social system on a daily basis. It’s called having
a compliant, toothless media. It’s liberal
democracy. That’s the role not only of the
media, but the education system and the political system
too.
And
that’s why former British PM was some years ago told by his
financial masters to sell of what was laughingly regarded as
‘the nation’s gold’ at a knock down price on behalf of
bankers’ (not the nation’s) interests without being held up
to genuine public scrutiny. Some say that was the first
‘bail out’ (7). That’s why taxpayers’ money, unbeknown to
most of the taxpayers, is being used unaccountably and
undemocratically to help prop up banks and to topple various
countries and bring death and destruction to thousands via
‘covert ops’. Covert – hidden from the public who remain
blissfully unaware of where their hard earned dollars,
pounds or euros are actually going.
That’s
why the state-corporate fraudsters, murderers and liars who
wrap themselves in the language of freedom and
democracy have been getting away with it for
so long. Sadly, that’s why they continue to do so.

What you are about to read is astonishing. I'm not even sure what's the right conclusion to draw from it. But here's what we know so far:
John Noveske is one of the most celebrated battle rifle manufacturers in America. His rifles, found at www.NoveskeRifleworks.com are widely recognized as some of the finest
pieces of American-made hardware ever created. (I own one of his rifles, and it's a masterpiece of a machine that just keeps on running.)
Sadly, John Noveske was killed in a mysterious car crash just a few days ago, on January 4, 2013.
According to the Outdoor Wire, his car "traveled across the oncoming lane onto the dirt highway shoulder until it struck two large boulders. The vehicle rolled and Mr. Noveske was ejected."
But barely a week before this incident, John Noveske posted a lengthy, detailed post on Facebook that listed all the school shootings tied to psychiatric drugs. At the end of the post, he asked, "What drugs was Adam Peter Lanza on?"
Have
you seen the ad for Cymbalta for depression? The ad says, "If you have
thoughts of suicide, let your doctor know." Well, duh! You take a
psychopathic drug for depression and it may result in thoughts of
suicide?
