FROM JOHN DARASH, NY COMMITTEEMAN ON "OUR LAST LNE OF DEFENSE" AGAINST THE GUN GRABBERS
Alert - Help End
all gun control now!
Hi
On Monday, March 4th 2013 at 2:03 PM over 800 people of New York filed an
Action at Law under Common Law in the New York State Supreme Court in Albany to
end all gun control in New York State, including permits. To read the "Action"
go to - http://newyorkcommitteemen.org.
If you would like to become a plaintiff you can still sign on, we need help so
please make a donation to help fight this cause and a new emergency
emerging.
NEW EMERGENCY - there is talk and a move to
get rid of the office of sheriff: Massachusetts sheriffs in two counties
(Middlesex and Suffolk Counties) have been reduced to only ceremonial duties;
Sheriffs in Connecticut have been abolished; St. Louis Missouri has eliminated
the position of elected sheriff; Colorado has two counties (Denver and
Broomfield counties) without elected sheriffs; In 2012 Delaware abolished the
office of Sheriff statewide; One of the ways sheriffs can be eliminated is by
abolishing counties that's how it was done in Connecticut. And in Alaska since
there never were counties there never were sheriffs.
And in New York the elected office of Sheriff has been abolished in
seven counties, Nassau, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Richmond, New York and
Westchester counties. Presently here in New York they are removing control of
gun permits from the sheriff to the state police. The State Police
Superintendent is a political position appointed by the Governor, if
we lose our sheriffs or they lose their authority we will lose our
guns.
New York State Senator Greg Ball said, "There
are literally bills in the State Assembly that direct the state police to go to
the homes of law-abiding gun owners now, to take, to make illegal the firearms
that they have now, to turn those law-abiding gun owners into criminals. To take
those weapons by the power of the state police, out of their homes.
It's as extreme as you can get."
Therefore we are planning another lawsuit to reinstate elected
sheriffs in New York's seven counties and to reestablish their authority and
power throughout the state. We need to move now before New York Legislators ram
another unconstitutional bill through and we lose our "last line of
defense", please help we cannot do it without your support.

NY ASSEMBLYMAN STEVE MCLAUGHLIN: NO FUNDING TO MAKE NEW GUN CONTROL WORK (EXCEPT MAYBE TAX YOUR ASSES INTO SUBMISSION)

New York - my home turf...PLEASE DON'T BE SO STUPID THAT YOU ARE PARALYZED DEAF, DUMB AND BLIND TO CUOMO. BLOOMBERGAND THE LEFTWING RADICALS THAT INHABIT CAPITOL HILL. DON'T YOU HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE LEFT? PLEASE SAY YOU DO! THEN ACT LIKE IT!
Don't wake and walk afraid into your life or your city. If you are one of those full of fear, you are walking alone and naked. Don't be afraid of a gun. Just take a firearms course and say NO to your mayor and NO to your governor because I know you're smarter than that. Mandatory gun registration is dangerous...to you. It is a database in the hands of Big Brother; after that comes door-to-door confiscation. It's the natural progression of tyranny. Don't let it happen to you.
Just remember playing in the snow with your friends, making forts and having snowball fights. It's a pretty good analogy for today.
You fought back didn't you? Raymond nextdoor threw an iceball at me once - we were playing under the streetlights after snow dumped a foot or so on us during the day. He hit me in the eye with it. And even though it hurt for a couple of days, I had the satisfaction of getting him back.
We live in treacherous, dangerous times, but the danger doesn't come from a nut job, a lunatic or a gang member. It comes from our own enemy within, and that is our brainwashing, emotion pandering politicians who are not following their oaths, to us or the Constitution. And the Constitution and the Second Amendment stand between all of us and the dictator.

MC CARTHY AND LAUTENBERG SEEK TO BAN HIGH CAPACITY AMMO MAGAZINES
http://openchannel.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2011/01/10/5805421-mccarthy-lautenberg-seek-to-ban-high-capacity-ammo-magazines
Are YOU going to say, 'NEVER'?
Remember, if McCarthy's husband had been armed or if someone on that train had been armed, there's a good chance of his being alive today. Unfortunately, she is a zealot and can't see that. But so is Lautenberg - no regard for the Second Amendment here!
But that was in Schumerland. There are NO guns in Schumerland (New York). There's a law.
There aren't any guns there. You are perfectly safe. Safe in the street; safe in your homes.
There isn't any violent crime with firearms in Schumerland. Got it?

Ever hear or wonder about the origin of the infamous Sullivan Law, which prohibits gun ownership in New York?
Here it is explained. Now I understand. The law was to protect the criminals, not law abiding citizens like my father, who willingly gave up a magnificent vintage shotgun because he wanted to be a good citizen.
I never knew why. I was just a little girl - maybe sever, but the beauty of the Damascus barrel and the graceful lines of the gun itself always impressed me as fine art.
I guess he was afraid of a house-to-house search. Had he needed it for our protection, we were left defenseless. Just something to think about when you read about this really sinister, illegal law which needs to be rescinded.
