SERIOUSLY, WHY ISN'T THIS GUY IN JAIL FOR TREASON? JOE BIDEN ON GUN CONTROL: WE WON'T ALLOW CONGRESS TO GET IN OUR WAY ON GUNS

http://politicaloutcast.com/2013/04/joe-biden-we-wont-allow-congress-to-get-in-our-way-on-guns/

There's a very interesting video called US Army Lt. Col. weighs in on Boston attack - something like that.
I tried to post it earlier - couldn't do it.  Something prevented it.  It speaks to this issue of a corrupt, unconstitutional regime in DC and I'll go back and try to add it to the blog today.  I had shut down - and will try again.

You need to see it.  I believe his name is Col. Potter.

But seriously, we need a sweep (and I don't mean with a broom) against our terrorist regime that has co-opted and moved into the White House and who has infected most of our "politicians" (that dirty, filthy word), we sent to Congress.  He addresses that.

Oops - I guess it slid in - it's there - just scroll down.

BIDEN - HAIR PLUGS AND HORNS - ON GUN CONTROL: LET ME SAY THIS AS CLEARLY AS I CAN, THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING

http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2013/03/27/joe-biden-on-gun-control-let-me-say-this-as-clearly-as-i-can-this-is-just-the-beginning/

The devil made him do it.  Really.

This man should be in jail, pounding sand into rocks for eternity.

With his boss buddy, and Hillary and the murderers at the DOJ, Napolitano and Pistole.

I can think of more.

How about you?

BIDEN'S PARIS STAY - 136 ROOMS IN THE hOTEL INTERCONTINENTAL PARIS LE GRAND - FIRST THOUGHT - HOW MANY HOOKERS DID HE HIRE?

From Merlin:
This numbskull doesn't deserve to stay in a Kelty sleeping bag, let alone the Hotel Intercontinental Paris Le Grand.....
Did a quick calculation. The cost of keeping the WH open to tours is reported to be $74k per week, so this $1.o43 hotel
tab, which doesn;t even include salary and travel costs, would amount to keeping the WH tours going for almost 5 months.

These political elites have NO shame, and so the shame falls on us for allowing ourselves to be fleeced in such
an extravagant manner. My advice to our political elites:  "Lead by example"

"Ad infinitum, ad nauseum"

Biden Stays at London, Paris Hotels; Two Nights, $1 Million

Vice President Joe Biden and his wife Jill in Paris last month. (AP)
Vice President Joe Biden’s one-day trips to Paris and London in February cost American taxpayers more than $1 million, according to multiple reports.

Biden and his security detail rung up a $585,000.50 tab for a single night on Feb. 4 at the Hotel Intercontinental Paris Le Grand, a luxurious five-star hotel near the Louvre Museum, The Weekly Standard reports.

Meanwhile, The Daily Mail in London reports that Biden’s group spent $459,388.65 for one night on Feb. 5 at the Hyatt Regency in London, where the vice president met with Prime Minister David Cameron.

The contract for the London trip specified that Biden’s crew required 136 hotel rooms for that one-night stay, The Daily Mail reports.

Biden’s wife, Dr. Jill Biden, accompanied him to Paris on his European trip, which also included a stop in Germany.

The Mail reports that Biden’s entourage required more than 100 rooms at Le Grand. One night in the presidential suite there costs more than $3,800.

Here’s how the Intercontinental Paris Le Grand is described on its website:

“With floodlit views of the Opera House, this superbly renovated luxury hotel is at the heart of Parisian society. Opened in 1862, it defines historical grandeur, from Café de la Paix to La Verriere Restaurant, set in an 800 square metre winter garden. Elegantly appointed, the hotel’s boutique-style suites overlook stunning landmarks. Located … close to the Louvre Museum, shopping, theatre and banking districts, this luxury Paris hotel is an icon in the City of Light.”

Reaction was swift to Biden’s lavish spending.

“Still no WH tours, but VP Biden’s recent trip to Europe racked up $1mil in hotel room bills,” said U.S. Rep. Randy Neugebauer, R-Texas, among dozens to vent outrage on Twitter.

THE CONSTITUTION REPEALED IN TEN STATES (

The Constitution repealed in ten states

Your Constitutional Rights have been repealed in ten states.

No, this isn’t a joke.   It is not exaggeration or hyperbole.  If you are in ten states in the United States, some of your rights guaranteed by the Bill of Rights have been made null and void.

And it is not just those ten states.  Those are just the states where everyone who lives in those states has lost some of their Constitutional Rights.  The sad truth is that there are only fourteen states where this stripping of the rights of American citizens has not yet happened.

What is going on?
The government has declared a one hundred mile zone around the United States borders to be a part of the border zone exception from the Fourth Amendment’s freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures.

The Fourth Amendment states: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Historically there has always been an exemption from the 4th Amendment requirement; i.e.,  at the nation’s border.  This is the so-called border search exception to the Fourth Amendment.  Now the Department of Homeland Security is claiming the right to search electronic devices such as cell phones, laptops and tablet computers without a warrant or even any probable cause within that 100-mile zone.

If you live in Hawaii, or Maine, or New Hampshire, or Massachusetts, or Delaware or Rhode Island or Connecticut or Florida or Michigan, or New Jersey, congratulations, you live in a 4th Amendment-free zone !  It does not matter where you go in your state, the Department of Homeland Security can come in and demand to search your electronic devices.  They do not need any probable cause.

They can search you for the hell of it.

Those states listed are only the ones are totally covered by these “border security” search zones.  Other states like New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia have massive parts of their state that are covered by this too.

This is a Constitution free zone.

Who is responsible for this outrage?

The Obama Regime is responsible of course, because Obama is currently in power.  Unfortunately this outrage started when George W. Bush was still in the White House.

The language of the 4th Amendment is clear.  It is the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects from unreasonable searches and seizures.

The government still has the right to search a laptop or a cell phone if the agents have probable cause and get a warrant or if they have probable cause and there are exigent circumstances. Electronic devices are the 21st century equivalent of papers and are certainly our effects.

If the Department of Homeland Security can search someone’s cell phone or laptop without a warrant or even probable cause because you are within 100 miles of the border, what is next?  Will the government start saying that if you live within 100 miles of the border, the Department of Homeland Security because of the border search exception to the Fourth Amendment now has the right to search cars and homes without either a warrant or even probable cause?

This is insanity and it must stop.

Where is the Tea Party Caucus in the House of Representatives?  Why aren’t they screaming about this desecration of the Constitution?    Republicans should be the first to the floor of the House and Senate denouncing this and introducing legislation to rein in the Department of Homeland Security.

Will this happen anytime soon?

Don’t hold your breath.

DELAWARE LEADS NATIONWIDE MOVE TO STRIP COUNTY SHERIFFS OF POWER

http://fellowshipofminds.wordpress.com/2013/01/31/delaware-leads-nationwide-move-to-strip-county-sheriffs-of-power/

You need to forward this alert to your stalwart, patriotic, Constitution serving sheriff RIGHT NOW?

Wonder if they'll get a tap on the shoulder from Biden, himself.  And what will be the carrot?

LETTER FROM JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OR TO JOE BIDEN, OUR WORTHLESS, LEFTIST VP

JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

Sheriff Gil Gilbertson
1901 NE “F” St – Grants Pass OR 97526
(541) 474-5120
FAX (541) 474-5114

Vice President Joe Biden
1600 Pennsylvania Ave. N.W.
Washington, DC 20501

Dear Mr. Vice President,

As the elected Sheriff of this County, I am saddled with the duty, as well as responsibility, to
uphold the Constitution and protect those people who placed their trust in me to do what is right.
I believe in our Constitution and all it stands for. We, you and I, are sworn to protect and defend
our Constitution as required through the “Oath of Office”. This same Constitutional form of
government provided us with the most privileged, and envied, country in world history.

Someone once said our country would collapse from within, without a shot being fired. No nation
in the world can do more damage to the United States than we can inflict upon ourselves. We are
keenly aware of just that by the accelerated pace in which our central (federal) government is
usurping the Constitution. This lends itself to a much broader discussion, but for brevity sake I
remain focused upon the Second, and Tenth Amendment issues.

It is so typical of the “big brother” mentality to punish the masses, for the heinous crimes
committed by a few despicable individuals.

The Constitution, and Bill of Rights, guarantees liberties to the people. These documents, as you
know, cannot be whisked to the side by regulation or executive order. According to these
documents, the Executive and Judicial branches were to have NO lawmaking powers. The
question then becomes how is it “executive” orders can be enforced as if they were laws?
As such, any rule, regulation, or executive order repugnant to the constitutional rights of the
citizens of this County will be ignored by this Office, nor will this office, or the citizens, allow
enforcement of unconstitutional activities by federal officers.

We refuse to participate, or allow our law-abiding citizens to be criminalized through
constitutionally repugnant actions by misguided intentions or politicians.

Respectfully,
Gil Gilbertson, Sheriff
Josephine County, Oregon

BIDEN'S GUN CONTROL RECOMMENTATIONS: BACKGROUND CHECKS TO BE TOP PRIORITY (HOW COME THE MOST DANGEROUS MAN OF ALL IN THE USA, BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, DIDN'T GET ONE? CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HIS MUG SHOT IN THE POST OFFICE.

"I don't want to lose a vote on this," said one progressive gun control advocate. "If we go too soon and we lose a vote then we are fucked."

>>> In other words, it will be a "progressively" incremental loss of the 2nd Amendment

One could say, with all the rapidity with which this has been undertaken, that this may not only be a 'rush to judgment' but it may also be a "rush to Judgment Day''

Joe Biden Gun Control Recommendations: Background Checks To Be Top Priority

Posted:   |  Updated: 01/11/2013 6:36 pm EST

WASHINGTON -- Just days before Vice President Joe Biden issues a sweeping series of recommendations on gun policy Tuesday, the outline of his suggestions is coming into focus.
Multiple sources close to the talks tell The Huffington Post that the vice president will make universal background checks for ALL gun purchases the "top priority" of his suggestions. The idea has broad support among politicians in the wake of the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School, as well as backing from some traditionally pro-gun rights voices. The clearest sign that background checks will be the centerpiece of the Biden recommendations, however, is that a number of gun control advocacy groups have also deemed it such, as opposed to focusing their efforts on higher-profile measures, such as those that would limit the types of guns available for purchase.
That said, those measures will also likely end up in Biden's set of recommendations as well, according to an administration official. The White House pushed back Friday morning on reports that it is shying away from including some form of an assault weapons ban in its final legislative push out of concern that it was too heavy a lift through Congress.
"Those reports are false," White House spokesman Matt Lehrich told The Huffington Post Friday. "The president has been clear that Congress should reinstate the assault weapons ban and that avoiding this issue just because it's been politically difficult in the past is not an option."
The question confronting the administration at this juncture concerns process as much as policy. After inviting input from virtually all stakeholders in the gun policy debate, the vice president's team has a general idea of what recommendations it will put forward in its final proposal on Tuesday. Among the other ideas likely to be included are funding for more police officers and first responders, a more comprehensive federal database on gun violence and gun purchases, more direct coordination between state and federal law enforcement officials, a push for better mental health care services and measures to deal with gun violence and pop culture.
But what's uncertain is the best way to get those policy prescriptions into law. Does the White House introduce one comprehensive package in hopes of passing the most thorough response possible to the wave of mass-shooting violence? Does it pare down that package if it runs into opposition on the Hill? Or does it pursue separate votes on individual items so that at least some legislation is passed, with hopes that legislative success begets more legislative success in the future?
The White House declined to address questions about procedural tactics. But on and off the Hill, pro-gun control officials are gravitating toward the latter option.
"I don't want to lose a vote on this," said one progressive gun control advocate. "If we go too soon and we lose a vote then we are fucked."
The most illustrative example of this conundrum involves the literal gun control component of the equation. While the administration will put restrictions on military-style firearms in its recommendations, both the White House and advocates are far more bullish on the prospects of prohibiting high-capacity ammunition magazines.
"I have never quite heard as much talk about the need to do something about high-capacity magazines as I have heard spontaneously from every group I have met with so far," Biden said prior to a stakeholders' meeting on Thursday.
There's reason for such bullishness. Over the past days several Republican lawmakers have said they could, in fact, support action on high-capacity magazines but would oppose any ban on assault weapons.
"I think that’s a whole different issue, that can maybe be dealt with without violating the 2nd Amendment, but I want to see the legislation," Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) told the Des Moines Register.
Rep. Phil Gingrey (R-Ga.), who has a lifetime "A" rating from the NRA, made the same point in a separate interview.
"There are some problems, and maybe these huge magazines even for someone who says, 'look, I just use an AR-15 for target practice,' but do you really need to be standing there shooting at a silhouette a shot a second or even quicker with that kind of weapon? For what purpose?" Gingrey told the Marietta Daily Journal. “I would be willing to listen to the possibility of the capacity of a magazine.”
