Our country, the USA, governed by the insane, power-lusting, criminally-depraved, immoral, unethical bureacrats, has been turned into an unrecognizable, totalitarian hell.

It is dirty.  It is soulless, Godless, because our demon-like politicians have made it so.  If you are planning to reside in this strange, new sick place that once was so good, from another country, make your way illegally or legally, into it,  you are insane, too.  Our country is on the brink of war caused by this atrocious monster that dwells in Washington, DC.  All opportunity, all exuberance, all creativity is being stifled.  Our streets are lined with shit - from the smallest village to the biggest city because the people we elect, if they are "good" turn to shit as soon as they are sworn in.  Our children are being stifled, made to toe the socialist/communist line with the shit they are teaching in our schools.  Moral decay is everywhere.

Our economy will soon be nothing more than the worst of Europe. 

I promise you...the streets my grandparents believed were paved with gold, are not.  They run with urine and shit.  The opportunity they grabbed onto and at which they became successful, is not here any longer. 

You want to die under the thumb of a dictator, y'all come.  Because that's what we've become.  Cowering little servants of Obama's tyranny - the biggest warmonger of all; the worst president in our history; the most corrupt, the most self-serving, the biggest liar, who has no verifiable past.

The Police State  -  From day one the Income Tax was created to be used as a political class warfare weapon against the "evil" rich (the job creators).  The tax would steal their money and re-distribute that wealth to buy the votes of those not paying the tax. 

The ever growing tax code was and is used to reward or punish the friends and enemies of both the Democrats and the Republicans.  Everyone from Republican farmers to Greenie Solyndra Democrats gets to stick their snouts deep in the trough of the re-distributed wealth of America.

The political hacks have thug-like extorted the business class by saying, "Give us campaign money and we won't fuck you as hard at tax time."

So it should come as no surprise that IRS agents are morphing into the very Fascist Brown Shirt enforcers of the All-Powerful Marxist State that they were meant to be.

Political Attacks  -  This oppressive IRS Marxist-Fascist hybrid has exploded in the public eye this week.

From Obamacare down to the smallest local level the IRS State wants to control your every move.

One small story caught my attention.  A Tennessee lawyer asked the IRS for tax-exempt status for a mentoring group that trained high school and college students about conservative political philosophy, the agency responded with a list of 95 questions in 31 parts, including an ultimatum for a list of everyone the group had trained, or planned to train.

'Provide details regarding all training you have provided or will provide,' the IRS demanded. 'Indicate who has received or will receive the training and submit copies of the training material,' reports the UK Daily Mail.

That question was part of the tax collection agency's February 14, 2012 letter to Kevin Kookogey, founder of the group Linchpins of Liberty. He had submitted his application 13 months earlier.

'Can you imagine my responsibility to parents if I disclosed the names of their children to the IRS?' he asked MailOnline.

It's 'an impossible question to answer fully and truthfully,' he said.

There is a solution.  Abolish the income tax.  But the politicians will never do that because they would lose their power to control your life.

Republican William Howard Taft and a GOP Congress brought Marxism, the re-distribution of the wealth and class warfare to the U.S. by passing the income tax amendment to the Constitution.

In 1909 Republican President William Howard Taft urged a Congress with heavy Republican majorities to pass the income tax 17th Amendment and make the Marxist re-distribution of wealth the law of the land.

In an act of naked Marxism and class warfare the GOP promised to "tax the rich" and re-distribute that wealth to others in society with "needs." Never mind the nation had been doing just fine since 1776 without an income tax.

The Republican political hacks said not to worry. Only the very, very top earners would have to pay. Another lie to the simple minded who then sold their votes in return for the chance to legally steal other people's money.

To this day we are still waiting for the "small government" GOP to pass a flat income tax.  It will never happen because the Republican Party are the ones who made the progressive, soak the rich income tax the law of the land in the first place.

Anti-EU "Alternative for Germany" takes on Conservatives

Merkel's "Conservative" Christian Democrats are in trouble with real Conservatives

• Voters are frustrated when they vote for Conservatives on election day only to end up with "moderate" big spending Socialists.

With less than five months to go before parliamentary elections in Germany, a new political party that is calling for an end to the European currency union is gaining strength.

The party, Alternative for Germany, held its first formal party congress on Sunday at a Berlin hotel. It has emerged as a wild card ahead of the September elections and poses a potential threat to Chancellor Angela Merkel’s re-election prospects.

The new party is driven by a collection of elites, not a groundswell from the streets, starting with Bernd Lucke, 50, a Hamburg economics professor. 

Lucke, along with many of the new party’s supporters, previously belonged to Merkel’s conservative Christian Democratic Union before the Greek bailouts forced him to reconsider reports the New York Times.
      

“We want to put an end to the flagrant breach of democratic, legal and economic principles that we have seen in the past three years, because Chancellor Merkel’s government said there is no alternative,” Lucke told more than 1,500 supporters on Sunday. “Now it is here, the Alternative for Germany.”

Lucke says the euro is dividing Europe rather than uniting it, as the single currency was meant to do. He has the support of a group of fellow academics who filed a case before Germany’s Federal Constitutional Court against the bailouts.

Anti-euro sentiment is going mainstream in Germany - with the launch of a new party dedicated to pulling the plug on the struggling single currency. The group - called 'Alternative for Germany' - says it has already received thousands of membership requests.

For months, the Conservative CDU and the Free Democrat Party have sought to ignore the Alternative for Germany in the hopes that it would simply disappear as so many anti-euro movements have in the past. Instead, though, the party has quickly grown. Earlier this month, it surpassed the 10,000 member mark -- just seven weeks after its official founding -- and it has attracted widespread interest among the German electorate.

More worrisome, significant elements within Merkel's CDU have grown uncomfortable with massive bailouts of heavily indebted euro-zone member states, with several conservative lawmakers either abstaining or voting no on aid packages in German parliament last year. While no parliamentarians have yet abandoned the CDU, the Alternative for Germany has proven adept at attracting lower-ranking CDU and FDP members. Just last week, a state lawmaker with the FDP in Hesse named Jochen Paulus switched parties reports Der Spiegel International.

Many see the AfD as a political home representing what German conservatives used to stand for, before Merkel moved the CDU to the center in recent years. And before the euro crisis forced Berlin to embark on the expensive path of saving the common European currency. While most Germans remain favorable toward the euro, a significant number are not -- and many of them are political conservatives.

The fact that AfD head Bernd Lucke is a professor of economics, with many of the other founders working as economists, academics, lawyers or business leaders, has also helped. For one, it lends the party the aura of respectability and expertise. For another, it has helped the party to quickly navigate the various bureaucratic obstacles for establishing a party and getting on the ballot.

Furthermore, even as there have been some complaints that the party has not done enough to clearly define its right-most boundary. Party leadership has also been careful to keep a tight rein on the kind of cranks who often plague new political movements, even if that has meant strict limits on grassroots influence on strategic decisions.

Barack Obama certainly wants to be a dictator. He has delusions of being one. He has openly and publicly longed to have the powers of a dictator.

Now he is starting to act like one.

The only problem is this is America and so far the Constitution still governs the United States. However, that has not stopped Obama from trying to act like a dictator.

What is the latest Obama scandal and will this scandal bring Obama down?

 The Department of "Justice" seized two months of phone records from the Associated Press. These were records of outgoing phone calls from the Associated Press office, as well as personal numbers for AP reporters. The numbers the Department of Justice was most interested in were numbers that belonged to journalists.

It’s hard to say what is more stunning, the arrogance of the Obama Regime or the incompetence of the Obama Regime.

The Obama Regime has been nothing but a series of scandals.

There are almost too many of them to list. These range from the funneling of government money to his friends and contributors to the theft of General Motors from its shareholders to the Unions, to Fast and Furious, Benghazi, the IRS profiling of patriots and now the AP phone record scandal. Many more will

come as the dam is breaking.

This one is the one that crosses the line and shows the greatest Obama incompetence.

The one thing that has held the Obama Regime together and has kept it in power is the obedience of the mainstream media or as it should better be known as, the Obama Propaganda Media.

 Some conservative writers have called the media, “Obama’s palace guard.” Others call it, "the lap dog media."

They have worked overtime to protect Obama and bury stories of scandal in the regime and bury stories of Obama’s incompetence. They have tried to focus on conservatives, smearing them at every opportunity.

The effect was to get him elected and then re-elected. Many liberal journalists have virtually sold their journalistic souls to Obama.

But now Obama has crossed a line.

In dictatorships, the leader will crush an independent media and punish those who talk to the media. Obama has had the narcissistically insane idea that he could punish journalists and leakers with impunity because the media loved him and would never turn on him.  Are they now turning faster than Linda Blair’s head in “The Exorcist?”

Obama has stabbed his most loyal supporters in the back and this is the one group that could bring Obama down.

If the liberal media decides they are not going to protect Obama anymore and start doing their job, namely accurately reporting on the regime, we will see his approval ratings fall to a level we have never seen in a President.

Obama has turned on the media and we can now hope the media is going to return the favor.

The beauty of this is it will destroy Obama’s attempts at a second term agenda. Assuming the media reports these scandals or even if it just stops burying stories that are unfavorable to Obama, the chances of Republican control of the Senate just went up dramatically.

And then again, there is every conservative’s favorite word, Impeachment.

Impeachment is a political decision, not a judicial decision. There are probably enough votes in the House to deliver Articles of Impeachment right now. It would immediately die in the Senate while Harry Reid is the majority leader.

The 2014 election may well change control of the Senate but will not give the GOP a super-majority needed to remove Obama from office.

One of the big decisions Republicans would have to make is this. Are they better off with a scandal ridden Obama finishing his term or with a President Joe Biden who can disavow knowledge of Obama scandals and who the media can suddenly fall in love with again?

Remember, if Barack Obama is removed from office, Biden succeeds him. Is he really any better than Obama? If Biden were to ascend to the Presidency, that increases not decreases the chances of the Democrats keeping the White House in 2016.

These are questions conservatives need to think about as we watch these scandals unfold.

A wise friend of mine once told me, “Never complain about incompetent opposition. They could get better.”

We are seeing the incompetence of the Obama Regime now. Without the media to protect him, the next three years will be very bumpy for the Narcissist-in-Chief.

President Obama To Ban Importation of Ammo, Magazines
and Gun Accessories Without Congressional Approval

Over the course of the last month, while Americans were distracted with the threat of nuclear war on the Korean peninsula and the devastation wrought by the Boston bombings, President Obama was quietly working behind the scenes to craft laws and regulations that will further erode the Second Amendment.

Congress, and thus We the People, may have unequivocally rejected federal legislation in March which aimed to outlaw most semi-automatic rifles, restrict magazine capacity, and force national registration, but that didn't stop President Obama from ceding regulatory control over firearms importation to the United Nations just two weeks later. What the UN Arms Trade Treaty, passed without media fanfare by 154 counties, would do is to restrict the global trade of, among other things, small arms and light weapons. Opponents of the treaty argue that loopholes within the new international framework for global gun control may make it illegal for Americans to purchase and import firearms manufactured outside of the United States.

To further his gun-grabbing agenda, however, President Obama and his administration didn't stop there.

Now they're taking another significant step against Americans' right to bear arms -- and they're doing it through Presidential Executive Action, a strategy that, once again, bypasses Congressional oversight and the legislative process.

…it appears that the BHO Administration is taking executive action on firearms importation. Take a few minutes to read this: After Senate setback, Obama quietly moving forward with gun regulation. Here is the key portion of the article:

"The Importation of Defense Articles and Defense Services – U.S. Munitions Import List references executive orders, amends ATF regulations and clarifies Attorney General authority "to designate defense articles and defense services as part of the statutory USML for purposes of permanent import controls," among other clauses specified in heavy legalese requiring commensurate analysis to identify just what the administration's intentions are. Among the speculations of what this could enable are concerns that importing and International Traffic in Arms Regulations [ITAR] may go forward to reflect key elements within the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty."[Emphasis added.]

Depending on how it is implemented, the implications of this change could be huge. With the stroke a of a pen and without the consent of Congress, ATF bureaucrats could make ANY gun part or accessory (including magazines) or ammunition that were originally manufactured or perhaps even those designed for military use no longer legal for importation for civilian use. That might mean no more milsurp parts sets. No more milsurp magazines. No more milsurp ammo. No more milsurp optics. Perhaps not even spare firing pins. This could be ugly.

I strongly recommend that you stock up on magazines, ammunition and spare parts for any of your imported military pattern guns, as soon as possible! Once an import ban is implemented, prices will skyrocket.

Just five days ago the President vowed to push forward on gun control without Congress (see video below) and Nancy Pelosi argued that no matter what Congress says, gun control is inevitable.

This latest round of Executive Actions is what they meant.

A direct on attack on the second amendment is difficult if not impossible, so they are trying to slither their way in through the backdoor by restricting international trade so we can't import new firearms, by restricting access to accessories and gun parts, by heavily taxing ammunition and gun purchases, by mandating policies like forcing gun owners to have liability insurance, and of course, by identifying potentially dangerous gun owners and simply taking their firearms because of public safety concerns.

The President recently suggested that the American people have spoken, and that they want guns to be restricted, banned and heavily regulated.

If that's so, then how is that a bipartisan Congress overwhelmingly rejected the President's bid to restrict and outlaw private ownership of millions of weapons and gun accessories?

Going through the United Nations and now implementing Executive Actions to bypass America's Constitutionally mandated system of checks and balances is an act of desperation.

Those who would take our rights have been left with no choice but to try and force their agenda upon us through dictatorial means.
