CREEKSTER MERLIN IS AT IT AGAIN - NEGATIVE POSTING ABOUT ISLAM IN US NOW SUBJECT TO FEDERAL PROSECUTION AND IMPRISONMENT - OBAMASTYLE SHARIA?

I think we're now realizing why the Feds have built a 3.5 million sq ft 'data warehouse' (in Utah) to record every email, every telephone call, every electronic communication of any type.  Like the rest of us, Liberals will rue the day that they helped put this puffed-up scumbag tyrant back into the Oval Office.  They will bear more than the pain, they will bear the blame.

Negative Posting About Islam in U.S. Now Subject to Federal Prosecution and Imprisonment

Control alt. delete FREEDOM

"The First Amendment served us well for a time, but now it's outdated."

Remember reading that England had arrested a guy for anti-Muslim Twitter postings in the aftermath of the Woolwich slaughter? And remember thinking, "Well, this is America, that can't happen here"?

Oh yes it can.

US Attorney Bill Killian, Obama's Attorney for the Eastern district of Tennessee wants you to know that if you say something untoward (negative) about Muslims, the Federal government may imprison you.

Killian and Moore will provide input on how civil rights can be violated by those who post inflammatory documents targeted at Muslims on social media. “This is an educational effort with civil rights laws as they play into freedom of religion and exercising freedom of religion,” Killian told The News Monday. “This is also to inform the public what federal laws are in effect and what the consequences are.” ... Killian said Internet postings that violate civil rights are subject to federal jurisdiction.

The posting he offers as a "for instance" is an egregious one. And yet this country has long protected, absolutely, egregious speech, such as hardcore pornography, for a simple reason: Either you are at liberty to say what you will or you are not. If you are constantly double-thinking every word you might say, for fear of being prosecuted, you are self-censoring, in anticipation of a possible prosecution by the government.
Rather than having a system in which people were constantly worried about imprisonment for speech, our country has evolved a simple bright-line code: Speech of all kinds, with a few exceptions that can be counted on three fingers, is absolutely protected.
Remember, the importance of this bright-line, no-exceptions rule of free speech was preached to us, even when some of us might not have liked it so much, as when hardcore pornography was afforded absolute protection under the First Amendment. In the case of hardcore pornography, it was argued -- successfully -- that having each artist weigh the possibility of an obscenity prosecution was too much of a burden on his free speech rights, and would have, unavoidably, a chilling effect on speech.
That was the rule then, and that was the rationale.
But now comes the Obama Administration to tell you that Yes, you just might be imprisoned for something you say online, so you'd better Watch What You Say.
Remember when Ari Fleischer said that, without suggesting any kind of legal penalties? Remember how the media freaked out?
But now comes the US Attorney for the Eastern district of Tennessee explicitly telling you that you may be imprisoned if a political appointee decides your political speech has crossed a line.
Somehow, I don't think Tim Robbins will be portentously howling us that a "chill wind" is blowing across our rights of free expression this week.

editorial footnote: We are arriving at the period of time in America when the herd will be thinned. We are asking ALL Americans to continue to post, write and distribute your thoughts as you please. Approaching us now are the days of the true warriors. Let the paper tigers fall and burn. It is easy to stand up for what you believe in when there are no consequences for your actions, but the true definition of boldness is standing up for what you believe in when you have everything to lose. If you are scared.. then, stand behind us.. because we are not going anywhere. Our rights and our freedoms were endowed to us by our Creator.. and with us they shall remain.

Is this what our now-hungry military in Afghanistan are fighting for?  What about it, Marines?

AWWW...THE PATRICK ADMINISTRATION (BOSTON) REFUSES TO RELEASE TSARNAEV BROTHERS WELFARE INFO CITING PRIVACY

http://bostonherald.com/news_opinion/local_coverage/2013/04/patrick_administration_refuses_to_release_tsarnaev_brothers

Do you not, Boston, have the collective IQ of a gnat that you will let this go?  We paid for terrorists to commit a crime and let private citizens cower like cornered dogs at paramilitary law enforcement in a 100 square mile radius, get frisked at gunpoint forced out of their homes?  This is your insanity!  The federal government is financing people like this through the welfare system.  And instead of you screaming WTF HAPPENED TO MY RIGHTS, AND RESISTING THIS INVADING FORCE WITH NO AUTHORITY, YOU JUST BECAME MELTING ICE CREAM CONES.

Where's your outrage?

Had this happened in my neck of the woods, the remaining Tsarnaev would have been shot, no questions asked saving time and money.  You are fools and cowards.

FROM DOWNSIZE DC - AND REMEMBER, TOLL FREE TO CONGRESS IS 866-220-0044

This is the official email newsletter of DownsizeDC.org, Inc. & the Downsize DC Foundation. You received this message (at inkslinger@bellsouth.net) because you subscribed or wrote Congress using our Educate the Powerful System.
Quote of the Day: "Freedom and liberty always mean freedom from police interference." - Ludwig von Mises
Should federal agencies search your email without a warrant?
You may have read the CNET article on a bill empowering 22 federal agencies to search your email without a search warrant.
The backlash was so swift and powerful that Senate Judiciary Chairman Patrick Leahy denied the CNET article.
But the story doesn't end there...
Friends inside DC tell us that Ranking Member Senator Charles Grassley will propose even worse amendments this week.
Please tell your Senators to oppose Republican Grassley's amendments using DownsizeDC.org's Hands Off the Internet campaign.
You may borrow from or copy this sample letter...
I support amendments to the 1986 Electronic Communications Privacy Act requiring search warrants before federal agents can examine my emails and other electronic communication.
Apparently, Sen. Grassley wants the opposite. He'd empower two dozen or more federal agencies to read my email without a warrant.
I do not consent!
Consider, in the Petraeus scandal...
* The FBI may have accessed Paula Broadwell's email accounts without a warrant
* Instead of investigating a crime, the FBI examined private emails HUNTING for a crime
As a result, they brought down one of the most powerful men in Washington. http://wapo.st/XTAoFw
If this can happen to someone as powerful as the head of the CIA, how much greater is the danger of Grassley's amendments to me?
Do you want J. Edgar Hoover-style monitoring of YOUR activities?
Grassley claims he's complying with the demands of law enforcement. But the Fourth Amendment protects my email just as much as it protects my home. Let me be clear...
If law enforcement agents tell you that the Fourth Amendment keeps them from doing their jobs, they should be fired for their anti-Constitutional attitude!
PREVENT federal agents from violating the Fourth Amendment.
Defeat any privacy-invading amendments.
I'll be watching what you do.

WOMAN DESCRIBES SEXUAL ABUSE BY TSA - IF YOU WERE A WITNESS, WOULD YOU STEP IN?

http://www.activistpost.com/2012/11/woman-describes-sexual-abuse-by-tsa.html

Would you just look at your shoes or would you go to a woman's aid?

Would you risk arrest that you know you could overturn to help her?

If it were a child of any age - would you step in and stop the probing?

WOULD YOU MAKE A SCENE?

WOULD  YOU MAKE THEM STOP?

WOULD YOU GET A VIDEO AND SEND IT TO THE WORLD?

WOULD YOU LOBBY YOUR CONGRESSMEN TO DISSOLVE THE TSA?

LAW ENFORCEMENT DRUNK WITH NEW POWER - COPS STRIP SEARCH MOM; FORCIBLY PULL TAMPON OUT OF HER FOR "MAYBE" ROLLING THROUGH STOP SIGN

http://www.infowars.com/cops-strip-search-mom-forcibly-pull-tampon-out-of-her-for-maybe-rolling-through-stop-sign/

Florida law enforcement - aren't you proud of this?

Do we send a thank you note to Obama and the DHS for handling this situation in such a thorough manner?

Don't we all just feel so...safe and warm now, knowing you're out invading bodily cavities for perhaps a traffic infraction.  And the post before this one?  For killing a dog and causing a woman to have a diabetic shock for invading private property at the wrong address.  You must be so proud.

Just wait until they're unleashed when Obama declares martial law.
