(May 5, 2013) — It is true that we can’t pick our relatives and most times we can’t pick our neighbors, but many times either can bring us grief beyond belief.  And such was the case for John (not his real name as he requested anonymity) who owned a few acres of land in a rural area of America, about a half hour’s drive from a big city.  Unfortunately, the government has passed so many laws that neighbors never settle their differences face-to-face or in the courts any more.  One neighbor just calls the government and files a complaint on his neighbor, which the government is honor-bound to investigate, whether the complaint is valid or just neighbor revenge. 

Government laws have turned many Americans into sniveling snitches.  In one county we know, the local land use authorities were holding seminars for landowners, teaching them how to rat on their neighbors if they suspect their neighbor was doing something without benefit of a permit.  That is what we have come to from passing millions of laws that nobody knows, which leads to the government pitting neighbor against neighbor.

From what we understand, John’s neighbor had a minor grievance with John over some work along a common boundary, and instead of working it out man-to-man, the neighbor called the county land use authorities (CLUA) and filed a complaint.  The CLUA comes out, looks at what John is doing and says they didn’t see any problem; John didn’t need a permit and went away.  That wasn’t good enough for John’s neighbor and he kept bugging CLUA until they came out to the property and told John that he needed to cease and desist.  But John had already ceased and desisted with whatever he had been doing.  That wasn’t good enough for CLUA, thanks to continued bugging by John’s neighbor, and CLUA finally filed misdemeanor charges against John for continuing to do alleged illegal work that John had already stopped.  Essentially John’s activities consisted of cleaning out some areas around a ditch and burning the slash, for which John had gotten a burning permit.

John ignored their warnings for several months and thought the whole issue had gone away.  But behind the scenes John’s neighbor kept pressuring CLUA and the county prosecutor to “get” John.

CLUA and the county prosecutor dragged John into District Court on misdemeanor charges for filling a wetland and John elected to represent himself for what he thought was just a minor land use violation that he could make go away.  No such luck.  The prosecutor and the District Court judge decided to make an environmental example out of John by thwarting every legal attempt John made to defend himself, to the point that the judge found John in contempt of court and sentenced him to 150 days in jail on a full cash bond of $20,000 each, for five separate contempt of court charges.  Not having $100,000 to pay the court, John was forced to sit in jail with thieves and murderers for over 60 days before a third party filed a writ of Habeas Corpus in Superior Court and had to fork over $20,000 in cash to get John out of jail on appeal. 

Oh, did we tell you that the wetland charge was made by creating the wetland AFTER John had done his clearing and burning?  There was no wetland designation in the area anytime before John did his work.  In other words, the prosecutor drummed up the charges by creating a wetland violation after the fact.  That’s how they “got” John.

While out on appeal John used every legal trick he knew to get the case dismissed but the court clerk would fail to file and record his motions.   Some motions were lost, others ignored.   The District Court judge literally thumbed his nose at all of John’s efforts.  When John filed a motion to get his case elevated to Superior Court because according to the state Constitution, the lower court has no jurisdiction in real estate cases, the District Court judge de-railed that, too.

John filed motions in Superior Court to get the lower court decision rescinded.  The Superior Court would hear none of it either.  We not only read the transcripts of the lower court record but also attended the District Court and Superior Court hearings.  The transcript screamed of the District Court judge’s environmental bias against John and he was going to “get” John any way he could.  We even filed written complaints with the District Court and the Superior Court, signed by several landowners.   We wrote articles about John’s case that appeared in local venues.  The District Court judge wouldn’t let go.

Finding no help in the two lower courts, John filed motions with the state appellate court.  No help there, either.  John went to the State Supreme Court.  They refused to hear the case. 

Finally, just days before the District Court’s order to send John back to jail for another 90 days and pay a fine of another $1,000, John filed for clemency with the Governor of the state.  The Governor ignored John’s plea.  John tried to get the District Court to give him credit for time served and for good behavior while in jail for the first 63 days.  The District Court judge said emphatically, NO! and John went back to jail to sit with thieves and murderers again, essentially for doing maintenance on HIS property. 

Some of us tried to help John but our efforts fell on deaf ears.  John was forced back to jail for another 90 days for a charge of clearing out a wetland that didn’t exist before the act of clearing.   John became a sacrificial lamb in the name of radical environmentalism.  You have to steal a car seven times before you go to jail, but woe be to the landowner who dares to violate a sacred environmental ordinance, for he shall be sacrificed on the alter of Gaia, the God of Earth.

Perhaps, in hindsight, John should have hired a land use attorney and made the charges against him go away.  But he chose to defend himself as a proud American.  Perhaps that was an error in judgment on John’s part, but he and we will never know.  Whether defending yourself, or with a lawyer, going into court is a gamble at best and any good lawyer will admit it.   Court rules are voluminous and can easily trip up the unwary who dares to defend him- or herself in court.  It is a closed, elite club of judges, lawyers, clerks and the state bar association and they rule the “Club.”  They don’t like people defending themselves because it messes up their neat little kingdom.  Judges legislating from the bench are as common as houseflies.  Oversight of courts is tantamount to the Fox guarding the Hen House.  But all that is moot now for John.

(We have had our own sad experiences with the court system.  One of those experiences cost us $35,000 in attorney’s fees for what was blatantly a frivolous lawsuit.)

John has been out of jail now for several years but the experience has left him emotionally, if not financially drained.  We haven’t talked to him in those intervening years and we don’t even know if he still resides on his land.

If you don’t think that what happened to John can happen to you, think again.  It is happening all over America.  Every week we get one or more e-mails or phone calls from landowners who are in trouble with government.  Most of them are desperate because they have let their situation go too far where the government has the landowner by the throat and the fines and penalties are mounting up.  Some are facing jail time.

So, ladies and gentlemen, do you have a neighbor who has it in for you?   Will he work it out with you personally, or will he call the government?  Odds are he will call the government because he is a coward and it is easier than facing you.  When he does call the government, you are going to find yourself in a world of hurt because the code enforcement officer they send out WILL find something wrong on your property and they WILL fine you or tell you that you have to restore your property to its original condition, which will cost you a bundle.   They may even haul you off to jail as they did John.

We can help some landowners with some of the tools on our website.  Unfortunately, there are many we can’t help because the government has the law on their side and they have the money(our money) and their own attorneys to thwart any efforts you may attempt to defend yourself.  It’s a stacked deck at best.

Last year, Joel Boniek of Park County, MT, ex-State Representative and Oathkeeper, was arrested by the US Forest Service for daring to ignore  Forest Service personnel's orders prohibiting him access to his own property in order to save/protect what he could during a forest fire.  After two appearances at which he proceeded to defend himself (pro se), his references to the Constitution were labeled "seditious".  He was supported by many neighbors, friends and patriots.

His trial commences on Friday.  But here are interesting "coincidences".

Nuclear Incident drills in Montana starting Monday

If a nuclear incident happened in Montana, key officials don’t want to be meeting each other for the first time. Military personnel at Malmstrom Air Force Base have regular exercises to test their response procedures and make sure everyone knows what to do and when. But starting Monday, their training will go to a higher level. A national exercise, known as NUWAIX 2013, which is executed by U.S. Northern Command and sponsored by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, will bring about 1,000 people to Montana throughout the exercise. The exercise isn’t expected to disrupt the community, but locals may notice additional vehicle traffic in and out of the base, increased helicopter activity and some personnel in hazmat suits or “tent cities” at some of the exercise sites. The majority of the exercise will be contained at Malmstrom and Fort Harrison in Helena. Personnel from a variety of local and federal agencies, primarily the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Energy, Homeland Security and Federal Emergency Management Agency Region VIII, will augment Malmstrom and other Air Force participants. Montana Governor Lies About the Constitution, Vetoes 2nd Amendment Protection Bill

Here's a surprise for you; some Governors have absolutely zero understanding of the Constitution.  None, whatsoever. Montana Governor Steve Bullock seems to fit that description quite nicely.

Yesterday, he vetoed Montana House Bill 302 (HB302).  The bill would require the state to refuse to enforce or assist the enforcement of any federal bans on semiautomatic weapons or large capacity magazines.  The bill states, in part:

A peace officer, state employee, or employee of any political subdivision is prohibited from enforcing, assisting in the enforcement of, or otherwise cooperating in the enforcement of a federal ban on semiautomatic weapons or large magazines and is also prohibited from participating in any federal enforcement action implementing a federal ban on semiautomatic weapons or large magazines.

Here's why Bullock is clueless about the Constitution.  In his veto message he wrote that the bill would put "law enforcement in the position of violating laws they have sworn to uphold" and "subject our peace officers to criminal sanctions for upholding the oath we ask that they take."

Here's a message for you, Steve.  You're a liar, and we know it.

There is absolutely ZERO serious discussion from anyone beyond a 4th grade education about the fact that the federal government cannot "commandeer" the states to carry out its laws.  None.

Even the Supreme Court has affirmed this multiple times.

In the 1992 case, New York v. United States, the Supreme Court ruled that Congress couldn't require states to enact specified waste disposal regulations.

In the 1997 case, Printz v. United States, the Supreme Court ruled that the federal government could not command state law enforcement authorities to conduct background checks on prospective handgun purchasers.

In the 2012 case, National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius, the Supreme Court ruled that a significant expansion of Medicaid, was not a valid exercise of Congress's spending power, as it would coerce states to either accept the expansion or risk losing existing Medicaid funding.

In each of these cases, the Supreme Court made is quite clear that their opinion is that the federal government cannot require the states to act, or even coerce them to act through a threat to lose funding.  Their opinion is correct.  If the feds pass a law, they can sure try to enforce it if they want.  But the states absolutely do NOT have to help them in any way. This is really basic stuff that no one disagrees with, except people like Steve Bullock when their trying to mislead people.

So to say that Montana law enforcement would be "violating laws" or "subject...to criminal sanctions" for not carrying out federal law FOR the feds is a bald faced lie.  And Steve Bullock knows it.

The people of Montana should be disgusted.

On the right, those who support the right to keep and bear arms know that no matter what gun laws are ever passed in DC - this year or in the future - Steve Bullock will require the state of Montana to enforce them.

On the left, those who support the medical marijuana program that voters approved years ago, know that Bullock will continue to be an embarrassment to progressives, requiring local law enforcement to continue working with the DEA when they don't even have to.

Now if Bullock would have skipped this part of the veto message and just focused on the political statement that he also included, that would be more...acceptable.  Still wrong-headed and dangerous, but not as bad as his lie that the state needs to carry out and enforce every federal law.  He wants your local law enforcement to take all the risk, and to bear all the cost, while the feds sit back and do nothing or take the credit where the local law enforcement carries all the water.

His veto message continues:

Further, HB 302 is unnecessary. To date, there has been no action in Congress to enact a ban on semiautomatic weapons. Moreover, recent news reports have indicated that a majority of Congress does not support such legislation.

That may be the case for 2013, and it's certainly decent news for the short term.  But, anyone thinking that this is over with because it won't pass in 2013 is mistaken.  Anyone saying "there's nothing to worry about" is a liar.   If you don't believe me, maybe you'll believe Joe Biden:

"Let me say this as clearly as I can: this is just the beginning," he said just this week. "We believe that weapons of war have no place on our streets. That's the message that retired admirals and generals have spoken to us about. The comment one of them used was if you want to learn how to use a semiautomatic weapon, join the United States military. But these are weapons of war."

The attempts to ban semiautomatic weapons and high capacity magazines are just beginning  and making sure that the federal government knows that they'll get no support enforcing such a ban from the State of Montana, is a good first step in rendering any such ban ineffective.

As Judge Andrew Napolitano has said recently, such widespread noncompliance can make a federal law "nearly impossible to enforce." 

Steve Bullock is a joke, and while we realize that no one is going to vote this bum out of office anytime soon, the People of Montana can certainly pressure their state senators and representatives to override his veto and render worthless his constitutional-idiocy.

For Bullock to say such garbage about Montana being required to enforce federal law, we say "Bollocks!"

Now what?

With a thundering whump and a grunt, Clifford flipped over backwards and assumed the "dead dog" position. I swung off my horse and scrambled across the steep mountainside to the site of the impact. This was not Clifford's first pack string accident, and he moaned softly as if he were enjoying a good nap. Most normal horses would thrash when trapped upside down, but not Clifford. He was NOT normal.  

Adept horsemen choose ponies after carefully studying pedigrees and performance. I chose Clifford, a massive Belgian draft horse, not because he hailed from superior stock, but because his lady owner was trapped in an abusive relationship and needed $800 for a one-way plane ticket back to Florida. At least, such was the story I bought along with Clifford. (See, even we evil conservative Republicans have hearts bigger than our brains. If I was a progressive, I would have used the power of government to force someone else to buy Clifford, all the while feeling charitable nonetheless.)  

Clifford was tied to an apple tree on the south side of Laurel, when I handed over the check and led him to my horse trailer. He stood an amazing 19 hands (76 inches) and had the frame to carry a full ton of flesh if we could ever feed him enough to fill it. He did not exactly fit my string, but he so pegged the novelty meter that I gave him a try.  

On this particular day, we were about 10 miles into a 12-mile pack and had just forded the Little Horn River at Robinson Crossing. The final quarter-mile climb to the Little Horn Parks is unmercifully steep, and the intermittent trail meandering through the timber is pocked by rockslides and downfall. Packers cautiously snake their strings back and forth up the mountainside enroute to the top. Agile does not describe Belgians, and Clifford hit a switchback too tight to turn his massive frame, so over he went. When the thunder stopped, his uphill legs were trapped under a log, and the shady side of his belly was now sunny side up. He was too big to just roll him over, but if we left him there, he would surely die, and I thought, "Now what do I do?" This brings me to my point.

A very tiny majority of 62 million voters have flipped our American republic upside down, and just like Clifford, if we leave her there, she will surely die. Over the next four years, in addition to bankrupting us, President Obama may appoint three progressive Supreme Court Justices, who will destroy our Constitution. Suddenly, our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness will come from government rather than God and, thus, can be bequeathed or revoked at the whims of the ruling class. Apparently, 62 million Americans are perfectly fine with this, but I am not, and this may be the hill upon which I die.  

The 2014 mid-term election is our last chance to elect a conservative majority in the US Senate so as to block the confirmation of progressive judges. It is the final battle in our war for re-independence. If you have been politically active, perhaps you have not been active enough. We have two years to erase 100 years of indoctrination and re-ignite liberty's torch because today's Americans are so obsessed with freebies that they are clueless about freedom. The Republicans elected into Montana's legislature may identify themselves as small government conservatives, yet their voting records are more consistent with the principles of Marx than those of Jefferson, Adams, or Madison. We have much work to do. On November 16, I spoke to a newly formed group of patriots in the small town of Shelby, Montana. My next keynote address is in Great Falls on January 18, so I have openings in my schedule to stir the pot - your pot. What say you?

 

FINGERS

  An ancient philosopher once wrote: “The tale of men is written by a finger of wind upon moving waters”. 

 Food for thought. And I know that most of us have heard our mothers say it was not polite to point a finger at other folks. There times however when a pointed finger becomes a tool of enlightenment.  

 The astute and discerning citizen cannot help but recognize the fingers of the Democratic party’s dirty tricks in the Cox-Rehberg contest. I know my opinion on this will anger more than a few Libertarian thinkers who were compelled by conscience to vote as they did. But they did, in point of fact, vote away any chance of control in the U.S. Senate. The logic of the numbers is inescapable. Mr. Rehberg admittedly has a few political warts, but he would have been the ‘gate keeper’, halting Obama’s rampant surge to totally control the Senate and thereby the U.S. Supreme court, stacking the deck so to speak, removing the last few safeguards of the Republic.  

   History recalls that Judas, in his remorse, hanged himself. I suspect that was a bit extreme and has probably gone out of style, so, Mr. Cox and his loyal followers must needs cower in dark corners and content themselves with gnawing on their fingers and find what solace they can in counting their thirty pieces of silver.  Privately, I cannot help but wonder what Mr. Cox was offered by his handlers, the shady backroom folks, to induce a man of decent enough stature, to pursue a course he could not help but understand was un-winnable and held such catastrophic consequences. The number of votes cast in his name tell their own story, point their own finger needing little further help from me. 

Folks who know me are aware I hold a deep and abiding pride in my home state and faith in its people. That faith has been shaken and it will be a long time before I can look on my neighbors in that same way again. Knowing that Montana cast the votes that will likely lead to the eventual demise of the Republic is not an easy thing to deal with. However, I can look myself in the mirror and know I did the right thing and owe apologies to no one.  There are other faces in other mirrors who will know they cannot do the same, and see the pointed fingers of guilt for the rest of their lives. 

Rest in peace Montana.

Of course we share their beauty.  Of course our individual states will protect them.  We know them best.
We love them.  We understand their value to the state, to tourists, to the world.  Our precious spots of unspeakable beauty and awe are OURS.  Keep UNESCO'S designation, but keep them out of your land.

Glacier National Park comes to mind.  I was there this summer.  There are no words under the world's sky to describe the majesty and the  unique beauty of the place.  Around every turn in the road, the scenery was breathtaking.  There were interpretive signs along the way.  Some announced, as I already knew, that it was a UN World Heritage site, where you cannot speak freely in case you want to discuss oh, say, "politics".

Hello fellow Patriots.

I just wanted to write you this letter as a reminder. Approx. 6 years ago we decided to use the Republican party to get our country back in order because we knew our country was in shambles. We realized we did not have time to start a new party. At that time we knew the party was corrupt and still is. This issomething that will not be changed quickly. Personally I feel there should be no parties and everyone should be elected as individuals.

 Democrats and Republicans need to be reminded that we really don"t believe in either party and the proof of that is we hack out Republicans as well as Democrats who are not Constitutionally oriented. I truly feel even to this day we made the right decision to use one of the existing parties, I know the Republicans hate us as much as the Democrats. They would love to see us go away. If we do> they win. We must stay on track and remain focused because we are making a difference. Maybe not as fast as we would like, but persistence is everything. Lets keep shining the light on them and when we get slapped in the face brush it off and get back up.

We will succeed,with Gods timing. I don"t think it matters who is president we have a can of woopass coming. We must stay in position and continue to tell the people the truth. When the suction breaks and peoples head come out of their you know what they will be looking to us for answers.  remember what the Lord told King David, TAKE CARE OF MY SHEEP. Even though his own people were trying to kill him for many years. He learned things never got much easier when he became King.

 Leading is a very difficult job. I do not want to tell anyone what to do or how to vote, but I want to share with you what my convictions are. I am a Ron Paul supporter and have been slapped hard in the face by the Republican party. I will vote for Romney because I cannot bear to watch a man who hates our country and everything we stand for, for another four years.

I have had the opportunity to meet some real good Mormons who love this country and feel the same way we do. They are very principled in their beliefs and at times make me look like a heathen. We maybe surprised when the big money masters tell Romney to do something that is evil and he tells them to go to hell. Romney is probably not the poster child for president, but one thing I do know is he doesn't hate our country.

 I personally feel that I need to stay in the Republican party, make sure they keep seeing my ugly face and continue to shine the light. I always remember George Patton's words. NEVER EVER, EVER GIVE UP

Like I said, yesterday, we are an organization that is advocating for the development of Montana's vast coal reserves.  Coal development would mean tens of thousands of well-paying jobs for Montana in general and Eastern Montana in particular.  It would also mean hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue for the state, both from the coal tax AND coal royalties.  Also, money from those coal royalties goes into the School Trust Fund.  The problem is that environmental groups and the current administration in Washington are strictly opposed to any further coal development in our state, and, through litigation and regulation are seeking to shut down the coal industry.  Our presence at county fairs is to help raise awareness to the battle that is already occurring.  It is very important that voters elect leaders who are pro-coal development, and that we begin to change the political landscape of Montana so that being anti-coal would receive that same response from voters as being anti-gun. 

What I am looking for is someone to man a booth at the Sweetgrass County Fair.
We will pay between $10-15 an hour.  Hours are flexible, though we would prefer that our person man the booth for the majority of the fair.

I will send them all of our info (signs, literature, etc.)

I will also send them reading materials to educate themselves on the issues, and I will personally give them some training via a conference call.

We will pay for all related expenses via an expense report that the employee can submit to me after the fair.

Here's something I put together yesterday and the concept can be used by anyone in any state - the email from my friends in Montana and my response follows:

The following is being forwarded to you although it reflects the feelings of the citizens of Montana and the Montana Tea Parties and candidates. In general, I quote from the statement below from Patty Lovaas, Missoula, MT, “If elections are not valid, this is not America.”

Few speak of this issue and those who do are not taken seriously nor do they take me seriously when I speak about voter fraud, yet it continues full force. Media bias against candidates continues by omitting news and omitting the mere mention of a name, i.e. Ron Paul. The cliché of “silence is deafening” certainly applies here. It is happening all over the country, it will continue to occur during the national presidential election and it is happening here in Bay County.

For example, the indisputable facts were heard world round by President Barack Hussein Obama at the recent meeting in South Korea. Barack Obama’s open-microphone (“hot mic”) comments to Russian President Medvedev gave us a terrifying insight into the true mindset of our president.

You remember the incident. “Mistakenly thinking his remarks were inaudible, Obama told Medvedev he needed a little “space” for his missile-defense plans. This year’s election is his last, he reminded the Russian, but after that he will be more “flexible” to work with.” So it is quite clear “the fix is in”.

When I say there is voter fraud, when I say there are ways to hack electronic voting machines from anywhere in the world, when I say there is danger of our sovereign Constitutional right to vote in private and counting the votes that are now counted in Spain from many of our states, including Florida, there is no consideration for the truth, or research from my critics, including Mark Andersen, local Supervisor of Elections, who knew nothing about the Barcelona, Spain hedge fund called Scytl, which is doing the count. Furthermore, he stated he doesn’t use that software and is in the testing process for a secure and accurate count. Mr. Andersen is completely ignorant of what is going on. After multiple phone calls to the Secretary of State of Florida, whose primary responsibility is elections (see their website), they had no inkling whatsoever of what I was talking about nor did they care. Voting fraud is international in scope which means any election, anywhere in the world can be manipulated for any reason by any government, by any entity, the outcome which would be beneficial to their holdings.

What happened to the sovereignty of the United States? This is a blatant conflict.

Therefore, I am putting you all on notice that if Obama is re-elected, it WILL NOT BE BECAUSE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE VOTED FOR HIM.

There is a push by the United Nations, the global bankers, the elites who run the world to have the United States totally disarmed so that we are under the thumb of a dictator without a verifiable past who they have put in place. The one seated in the White House is a fraud and threatens every American by his mere presence. Our Congress, including our United States Representative voted in favor of the National Defense Authorization Act which completely nulls our Bill of Rights. The Congress is virtually powerless and now Obama calls the Supreme Court “those unelected people” who are attempting to commit an unprecedented decision to halt what is commonly referred to as “Obamacare”, passed unanimously by our House and Senate. The Liar-in Chief and constitutional scholar fails to recognize that the Supreme Court has overruled Congress 130 times in the history of the country.

Well, it isn’t just me anymore who doubts.

I suggest you contact your Supervisor of Elections, and your Secretary of State to demand that if your votes are being tabulated by another country, i.e. Scytl, or any other representatives of another country, then the contract be instantly dissolved since not doing so would remove the sovereignty of our nation. The simple definition of sovereign is this: Possessing supreme or ultimate power: "the people's will is in theory sovereign".

We are Americans and our votes are sacred. It should be perfectly clear that our vote must be just, fair, accurate and verifiable. This is precisely why we are disallowed a receipt for our vote for it would remove the possibility of corruption.

We are five seconds to midnight and it doesn't matter if there are people in a room watching the vote count in your county office; it's what happens after the vote leaves the hands of the Supervisors of Elections who are mere ignorant pawns of the globalists.

She is running for Montana Secretary of State for obvious reasons. She has been researching voter fraud in Missoula County and is currently in the Courts with the issue. Patty Lovass states: "Based on my analysis of the MT Votes data base in the Missoula County Mill Levy Election currently in the District Court, the data base can be manipulated to decide any election. This is under the direct control of the Sec of State. Missoula County officials (under the legal guidance of the State) has been putting numerous roadblocks to prevent review of public documents. Upon ruling by the Court I was allowed a limited scope review and discovered, even after officials had removed selected records (scrubbed the records) discrepancies which would alter any election. My conclusion is that any election can be decided before anyone goes to the polls through the absentee voter process, which has no public scrutiny. In Missoula County this is 40% of the vote, which can decide any State election. On the local level, recall petitions can be initiated for all of the commissioners and the clerk and recorder. On the State level however, the legislature can remove the Sec of State through impeachment. Action must be pursued prior to the 2012 primary or, like in 2008, there may be another "Baucus/Kelleher" contest in the general election in 2012. This can be the manipulated across the State for any election contest. I have spent thousands of hours on this and know the scheme. I believe strong action is needed to protect the integrity of the 2012 vote. The legislature can initiate the recall procedure against McCulloch. I am contacting individuals in Missoula for recalling local officials through the petition process which requires less signatures than a statewide position. Dear Legislator, Every person regardless of political category should be alarmed with this issue. I have utmost concern for the integrity of the election process in Montana. It seems the process is not secure. I am demanding you take immediate and strong action to insure elections are true and secure for the upcoming primary elections. I understand this may require action as severe as calling a special legislative session to impeach and remove the Secretary of State whom oversees the election process. If that is what it takes to insure valid elections in Montana, I request you do that. I understand it takes 12 House members to call a special session for reasons of impeachment. I ask that you take appropriate action whatever that may be, according to your duty and oath of office. Below are statements made by Patty Lovaas, CPA from Missoula. She is running for Montana Secretary of State, for obvious reasons. She has been researching voter fraud in Missoula County and is currently in the Courts with the issue. Patty Lovass states: "Based on my analysis of the MT Votes data base in the Missoula County Mill Levy Election currently in the District Court, the data base can be manipulated to decide any election. This is under the direct control of the Sec of State. Missoula County officials (under the legal guidance of the State) has been putting numerous roadblocks to prevent review of public documents. Upon ruling by the Court I was allowed a limited scope review and discovered, even after officials had removed selected records (scrubbed the records) discrepancies which would alter any election. My conclusion is that any election can be decided before anyone goes to the polls through the absentee voter process, which has no public scrutiny. In Missoula County this is 40% of the vote, which can decide any State election. On the local level, recall petitions can be initiated for all of the commissioners and the clerk and recorder. On the State level however, the legislature can remove the Sec of State through impeachment. Action must be pursued prior to the 2012 primary or, like in 2008, there may be another "Baucus/Kelleher" contest in the general election in 2012. This can be the manipulated across the State for any election contest. I have spent thousands of hours on this and know the scheme. I believe strong action is needed to protect the integrity of the 2012 vote. If you would like to know the specific details of how it is done, I can explain it. This is high tech. Once the election is over, it takes an act of God to correct it. I know, I am fighting that battle in Missoula.
