FLORIDA REP. JIMMY PATRONIS GETS HIS UNCONSTITUTIONAL GUN BILL PASSED - WHOSE LIFE IS MORE IMPORTANT AND WHY CAN'T WE DEFEND OURSELVES?

He is not worth more than me, the school board of Bay County is not worth more than me, and that if I have a concealed carry permit, I DO HAVE A RIGHT TO CARRY THAT WEAPON ANYWHERE, ANYTIME.
Patronis is now known for passing really bad legislation. His draconian, anti-private property rights septic tank legislation was conceived of greed. Maybe it was what he was smokin'. YOUR CONGRESSMAN AND THE PATRIOT ACT VOTE OF TWO DAYS AGO -
Do I think the entire Patriot Act should be trashed? Indeed I do.
Rep. Steve Southerland from FL was on the Burnie Thompson show today, explaining why he voted the way he did. It was acceptable, BUT...why not dismantle it NOW? There were three points to be voted on, none of which (apparently) concern American citizens. However, would it not make more sense to kill that bill now, disbanding Homeland Security who is occupying our streets and cities with surveillance, close the Mexican/US border tight than a drum for starters and come up with better suggestions to be voted on later in the year when it comes up for vote again?
I am thinking Burnie will have this interview up on his site, which I believe you can reach easily on Facebook, and I think you can also reach him through WYOO, Panama City, FL.
I want to thank Representative Southerland for his explanation, and his cooperation with those who voted for him in Bay County by keeping his promise to come back and have these "town meetings" on the radio with Thompson. It is appreciated very much.

TSA ABUSES ON THE ELDERLY AND YOUNG WOMEN

I just heard about a man with a knee implant who was made to strip publicly by the TSA.
I typed into Google: 71 year old man made to strip by TSA and I am horrified to see the entries. You try it. Also try TSA abuses on air travelers. I'm trying that next.
Thank you to Burnie Thompson, talk show host for alerting me to this. I got on and mentioned that our Sheriff McKeithen WILL NOT send aid to victims of TSA abuse so that we can file a complaint. Though there has been no statement from him, a deputy told me yesterday that this would be a duplicative service, and that there is airport (Emerald Coast International, Panama City Beach, FL which flies to no foreign destination) security with which to file a complaint. He was pretty rude.
I suggest that the traveling public avoid the humiliation and travel through the Fort Walton airport instead.

VOTING DECISIONS: RIGHT UP TO THE LINE...AND I'VE CHANGED MY MIND, FLORIDA

I didn't realize that Dianne Berryhill, who returns my emails and always has; has shared important information with me, and often complained that independent candidates are left out in the cold just picked up two votes today.
And I was one of them.
Unfortunately, when I did the same to Steve Southerland early on, I guess I just got too busy for him and his campaign asked that I stop sending emails.
So my Bay County, District 2 vote will be cast for Dianne Berryhill, who by her tireless effort to be heard, something I would have done, has added two votes. And I will continue to spread the word right up until the election.
I was re-reading my ballot this morning at breakfast, and I saw her name. I am overjoyed.
I really didn't want to vote Republican. Certainly not Democrat.
Dianne's a chain-rattler.
I guess I am, too.
Please consider Dianne when you cast your most precious vote this election day.
And as the elections draw closer by the hour, I certainly hope that Burnie Thompson will give the two Independents, including Dianne, air time on his program. He has taken the road of only
having the "major" candidates on, including Steve Southerland. By the way, Boyd was invited but is a no-show, showing his disdain for our people.

And why aren't westerners allowed to take religious articles, like bibles, into the middle eastern muslim nations? And our women soldiers must keep their heads covered in the streets?
If our bibles were burned at a mosque, would we be as outraged? Or would we remember our Constitution - the freedom to worship or not?
All I know is that we aren't radical.

Tea Party/ Patriot rally in McKenzie Park, Panama City, FLPat
Yesterday, to celebrate Washington's birthday, a crowd of 300 or so Constitutionalists, patriots, ( including veterans), Bay Patriots, "a" politician, political hopefuls and Tea Party members and supporters (strangely absent was the presence of the Democratic Party in Bay County), gathered at McKenzie Park, after a walk up from the St. Andrews marina. For some unknown reason, three of PCPD's finest planted themselves in the center of the activities, to subdue and arrest any rowdy rabble rouser, no doubt. They don't get it; they were entirely unnecessary. We peaceably assembled as is our right. (Hmmm...I wonder if any of them are Oathkeepers?)
Though the sky threatened rain, the flags and signs came out, the political hopefuls meeted and greeted, questions were asked and most of them answered (and sometimes not satisfactorily), and speeches were made.
This movement is not dead. It is not being usurped by the Republican Party here in Bay County, Florida. We won't let that happen. We are dead set on returning our government to conservatism, and aren't really concerned with political parties.
I was very personally moved by the invocation and by the excellent speech given by talk radio host, Burnie Thompson. It was also my honor to support the veterans who were asked to join the organizer in front of the bandstand.
While I didn't have enough battery life in my camera to record Burnie, (if you can get him on your radio in the morning, please do), I did record the invocation except for the first sentence or two.
I saw only one county commissioner, and then, only briefly.
In a conversation with our State Representative Jimmy Patronis' office this morning, there were indications that they are listening. "They", all over the country, had better listen carefully. Anger fuels action, and we aren't going to allow politicians who we send to commissions, and councils, to the state or federal offices, are going to be made accountable. They are there at our pleasure, and WE ARE NOT PLEASED. WE WILL BE HEARD.

Rep. Allen Boyd's last nose thumbing at his constituents
As discovered from calls to his office and the Panama City News Herald, yesterday's edition, Rep. Allen Boyd (D-FL) has decided to call off the Obamacare moderated panel discussion at Gulf Coast Community College, Panama City, FL despite 500 ticket recipients who had to pick them up at the college. They were sold out in two hours.
He disdains Bay County so much, that he decided against a town hall meeting and hold this instead, so there would be control of questions and answers.
A few days before, the Bay Patriots (www.baypatriots.org), issued a Citizen Summons for a free interchange of questions and answers in a more traditional format to be held at the college in the courtyard of Amelia Center in the theater arts building. With Burnie Thompson, local talk show host, advertising this town hall, adjacent counties, Sallie May employees, local interested citizens who are averse to Obamacare and other issues, this family and Constitution-oriented event will be held with or without Boyd. Boyd will be in Bay County today, but apparently is too disinterested in his constituents to bother.
This should send a flag up to all counties and constituents in his Congressional district because at any time, he could turn on you.
For all interested parties who want to exercise our Constitutional right to redress government,
bring the family to see our rights to this ideal in action. Someone has donated hot dogs and hamburgers. The event will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. tonight. Bring lawn chairs and an umbrella.
If he doesn't show, there will be gigantic pieces of paper with your questions, to be mailed to Boyd.
He isn't performing to his oath. He needs to be fired.

Rep. Allen Boyd (D-FL)
Allen Boyd has so much disdain for Bay County, Florida that instead of a townhall meeting, to which we are entitled for a free exchange of comment and information, that he has changed the rules. Now there will be tickets - only 500 - available - which are a to be picked up at Gulf Coast Community College in Panama City.
He has asked three physicians to speak on Obamacare instead of making himself available in a traditional townhall. In no other county in his district has he done this. He knows we are politically aware, and that we disagree with many of his decisions.
I suggest that residents of Bay and the neighboring counties in his district pick up the phone or send a fax to him to ask him why he has done this. We have many more areas of concern, like cap and trade, forced vaccinations for the flu with military involvement for an example.

Bay County protest against Rep. Allen Boyd's vote on climate bill
They arrived in a trickle, most with gray hair, their signs condemning Rep. Allen Boyd (D), who was giving a talk on successfully growing a small business at
And then they came - businessmen and women on their lunch breaks, mothers with young children, fathers with their teenagers, retirees, veterans, students. Most were carrying signs, waving flags. They poured themselves along curb, encouraging motorists to honk their horns, waving signs; thumbs up and fists held high. An effigy appeared of Boyd hanging from a fishing rod, complete with tar and feathers. The flag of the colonies was paraded, flying among "Don't Tread on Me" flags and our contemporary flag. The enthusiasm was contagious.
And still they came. The elderly woman in the walker who barely made it across the lawn, the old gentleman on the bicycle flying two flags on his basket, attendees who joined the group who had taken the seminar.
Burnie Thompson, our affable WYOO talk show host who wakes us daily with "The Morning Show", along with Derrell Day of the Bay Patriots, put the call out yesterday.

The crowd began to migrate toward the student union hall around 1 p.m. so that Boyd could not avoid seeing them. He would know that Bay Countians are fed up with his form of representation.
The man next to me smiles and says, "It's easy to feel good when you're right."
That seemed to say it all.
And then we watched the news. Though there were over 200 people, the television news media reported very low numbers. Boyd was interviewed by a reporter who asked if he had read the bill. He had, IN FACT, NOT READ THE BILL. He had the audacity to tell her that his staff read parts of it and reported back to him but they had not yet completed it.
Allen Boyd is on an agricultural committee. He is also a farmer here in northwest
He has been a Representative for many years. It’s time for him to go. We must unelect him. His ethics are deplorable. And to think he can add his name to a bill that will give over our lives to big government, and a socialist/communist one at that, is unforgivable. This is a man who wants an estate tax so badly, he can taste it.
It’s time to get behind a new candidate (I met one yesterday) who is running for Boyd’s seat. Until I get permission from him, I’ll stay quiet.
DOWN WITH ALLEN BOYD! HE’S A FAT CAT GETTING FATTER OFF OUR BACKS EVERY SECOND HE’S EMPLOYED BY US. TIME TO GO TO WORK AND REMOVE HIM FROM OFFICE.
Boyd could not avoid the protestors and smiled sheepishly when he exited a rear door. But when he got into his vehicle, he turned to someone. He was laughing. Laughing at the crowd. They didn't matter to him.

Thank God for people who take the time to let you know the truth. Like Mark at Liberty Maven, Aaron Zelman from JPFO, GOA, Covertress, Alex Jones, Atlas Shrugged, The Sustainable Home, Newsmax, Town Hall and Natural News and all the other sources I use. I'm just the gleaner, and I want to thank all of you for reading this blog. Because if you read this blog no matter where you live on this big blue sphere, you know something is wrong. Thanks to the internet, which will slam down soon and become the supervised internet 2, because the globalists are fearful of open minds those who love unfettered freedom and liberty, the transfer of information is nearly immediate.
I thank Rep. Ron Paul, a physician, who in the 20 years I've known about him, has opened my eyes wide and caused me to think. I hope your country has a Ron Paul. You need that person to help get your country back from the global elitists.
I hope the flame in your heart keeps burning.
Case in point today: Burnie Thompson, WYOO talk radio host. On his program today he ran an ad on cap and trade. This tax, the global warming tax, threatens us with an unbearable burden, yet Obama (who has still not been forthcoming about his birth and educational records - and what would it matter if he is really who he says he is, to show the proof to the American people),
is saddling us with the burden of an impossible debt. And shortly, you will pay for it, too. He asked for us to call Allen Boyd, our Representative whose made a bundle off farm subsidies (he's on the committee), and tell him NO ON THE CAP AND TRADE BILL. The receptionist at Tallahassee was hanging up on people and annoyed that they were robocallers, being made to call. So I called Washington and asked for the Cap and Trade aide (Josh), not the intern. I explained to Josh why I was opposed to this bill and in the end, he hung up.
Then the unexpected happened. This conservative station received notice from Boyd's office to quiet down - they were annoyed at the calls. Total bullshit. I hope Boyd is deluged with calls.
And I hope the management of the station will understand that we still have freedom of speech to discuss the subject of the day, which will affect all us in a most egregious manner, and that they should be really proud of Burnie Thompson and fortunate to have him.
The offices of our government are supposed to log in each call accurately. I have a feeling Boyd will never know. Why should he care? After the Representatives and Senators get elected, they forget who put them there. They think they are so secure that they cannot be unelected. We'll see about that.
But I want to thank Burnie Thompson who is as sick as I and so many others over what is happening in America, who can see right through what is happening. (Read the Emperor's New Clothes somewhere in this blog.)
In our lifetimes - in our children's and grandchildren's lifetimes - there will be no tidal wave that threatens our lives. We will never burn up. This is a cruel hoax - a Hegelian concept to dupe us and separate us from our money. The government is so arrogant, that they presume over 3,000 scientists, that global warming is going to destroy the planet in our lifetimes.
We are losing our jobs overseas at such an alarming rate that we won't be able to pay this tax!
And soon, when the Federal Reserve has printed so much money our dollars are totally worthless, we will lose our currency for credits. The end of currency all over the world.
If you live in another country, read our founding documents. I have them here on this blog somewhere in the beginning - try around August of last year. You'll have to scroll around.
They are amazing. And they apply to you because all of us are freeborn, and all of us have seeds of liberty planted in our hearts and minds. Remind yourself of these things daily.
God bless. We need more than prayer. We need integrity, strength of character, courage, and strong voices to get us through what a handful of people in this world want for us.
Don't accept what is being fed to you by people who tell you what to do and how to think.

I think it's pretty good.
This morning Burnie, on the Burnie Thompson show here locally, used the word "repugnant" at the idea of enforced community service on children and adults. The item was on Obama's "Change.gov" website (not the right url), but supposedly it raised some eyebrows and the item was removed. It may be on today.
Thompson is very worried about Obama's love for the Fairness Doctrine, which severely limits radio talk shows, and probably such things as this critical blog.
If you do nothing else today, American veterans, on the day that we honor all our American veterans, view the audio of the Obama spokeswoman a few entries down, telling our country that Obama is ready to take power and to take rule.
I am honoring you veterans, to whom an entire country is indebted, with presenting that video.
You did not fight on foreign shores, become injured, taken prisoner, or die for this.

Thought I was kidding about US troops patrolling us?
Burnie Thompson, local Panama City, FL talk show host, ate crow today. He didn't believe a comment I had made months before. Another brought the same issue up, and this time, the article appeared in "Army Times". This confirms my fears that hardened combat men and women are coming home to patrol US! These are people with many tours under their belts; under wartime condition. They will be hired and let loose on our streets. Should we be fearful?
I think so.
But remember, we can police ourselves. And if times get brutal and bloody, we cannot expect help from such as these. They bring with them all the images and flashbacks and damaged minds and souls of war. These were the ones trained in patrol and "peacekeeping".
Instead of being let loose on the streets surveilling and engaging us, they should be sent to hospitals so they can mend their mental injuries.
Thompson said on the air he thought the prior comments were conspiratorial, but not now. It's got him concerned. Wait until he reads about the US concentration camps that are staffed now, and the coffin makers with their stockpiles in Georgia and other places. Don't believe what I tell you here. Look it up yourself. Youtube (owned by Google), is beginning to censor some of these videos. You can find them other places.

Attended a debate this morning...
at Gulf Coast Community College, at the new Amelia Center in the Theater Arts building.
The subject was the Fourth Amendment as related to Florida Highway Patrol traffic stops, where you are required to "show your papers" or risk arrest. These are disguised as a "good thing", but in reality, you have been seized by law enforcement for unreasonable cause. According to the Fourth Amendment, you can be seized or searched for reasonable cause.
Debating was local talk show host, Burnie Thompson and Assistant Professor Michael Gaddis. This was the first in an ongoing series. It was held at 10:00 a.m. and the audience was mostly comprised of students; however, there was a following a Thompson's who attended. It was worth taking a few hours off for the listeners who call in commuting. And Thompson, in my opinion, won hands down, if applause was to be gauged.
Thompson believes (does this sound biased?) as I do, that government should take a giant step back where it belongs, and as far as the FHP (Florida Highway Patrol), they are overstepping their duties (and not performing them), for a 5% arrest rate. His contention is that these stops are in direct violation of the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution.
Gaddis, on the other hand, didn't quite make his point. He believes the inconvenience is tolerable; that the Constitution is a living, breathing document that can be manipulated and changed at will.
The Bay Patriots were in attendance as well, and were distributing pocket Constitutions, one of which will be a permanent fixture on my dashboard in case I am stopped, to remind the FHP officer who detains me, that I know he is trampling my rights.
In an interesting conversation outside with a former law enforcement officer, I found that if recognized at these stops, fellow law enforcement officers of any jurisdiction, no matter if they are drunk or if their vehicles need work to be safe, are waved through. The Brotherhood exists.
Am I surprised? No. Not at all.
After the debate, I suggested to Gaddis, who will be holding these debates on a regular basis, that they do one on jury nullification, a powerful tool of the citizen juror which is little known. No judge wants his decision to be overridden by his jury. Yet, this is an important part of American law, well hidden from the public. And the judge isn't going to relinquish his omnipotence in the courtroom.
