School shooter in Alabama shot her brother...Who dropped the ball on that one?

She has a past history of gun violence, and apparent mental/emotional problems. Who let her go the first time (she also aimed her shotgun at a passing motorist), and why? There is a mystery evolving here.

So it wasn't the nasty old gun - it was the gun in the hands of a repeat criminal who used this weapon of choice a second time.

Had the faculty been armed, there is a good chance this tragedy would not have occurred.
