I have to go shopping. Take a listen to the masters while I'm gone. Herbie Mann, Dave Pike. Used to go down to the west Village Gate every time they were there. They were electric. That was in the '60s. A wonderful to live in Greenwich Village - a great time for jazz. A couple of times they played with Willie Bobo. Incredible latin jazz.
