Fully Informed Jury - Jury Nullification revisited

Somewhere, way back at the beginning of this blog, is an entry similar to this. It explains what your rights are as a juror. Every person over 18 should read this. The judge in a courtroom will NEVER explain this to you when explaining rights and duties. No one in that courtroom will.

You have the right to judge the law as well as the controversy. Citation needed.

It is fully explained on this link, and you can find it on Wikipedia and on other sites.

Use your power to nullify, Americans. There are people wasting away in prisons who are not guilty and may have been released had this right been exercised - had you known.

I just got a request for my services at jury duty. I explained that I would exercise my Constitutional rights under FIJ. The justice system does not want us to be informed. To be informed is my Constitutional right.

The Constitution is not taught in school. Last month was Constitution Day here, as it was across the US. When called, many of the teachers and principals didn't even know.

How did this happen?

Easy. Children are dumbed down and given placebos, and governments - yours and mine - are no different. They want nice, quiescent, tractable citizens who do and know nothing, and because of that, will take what's fed to them unthinkingly.

That's why we're in a global crisis now.
