PUBLIC BEGINS TO QUESTION US GOVERNMENT INTELLIGENCE COMPETENCY
http://patriotupdate.com/2013/04/public-begins-to-question-u-s-government-intelligence-competency/
In my everso humble opinion, DHS, TSA, the FBI, the CIA, the Dept. of Justice have to be purged.
How do you feel - you get a dish with a little hairline crack and all of a sudden, something hot cracks it into pieces. I think the crack has started.
Hmmm...Let's start with Janet Incompetano, and her butchdom...and bring both departments down.

INSIDE THE SLAUGHTERHOUSE - HSUS INTERVIEW RE THE AG-GAG BILL, PART 1
April 29, 2013
Inside the Slaughterhouse: My Interview with Timothy Pachirat
Early Saturday morning, the Indiana Legislature adjourned
without passing an onerous and far-reaching ag-gag
bill. It was an important stymying of a bill that was an affront to farm
animal welfare and the First Amendment. The Senate had cleared the bill by a
vote of 29 to 21, but House Speaker Brian Bosma pulled
the bill after a number of House members condemned it as a transparent
attempt to deny Americans the right to see what’s happening with the nation’s
food supply.
Meanwhile, Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam has not yet signaled where he stands on the bill that just narrowly passed the state legislature there. Almost every major newspaper in the state has condemned the bill and there’s been a broad outpouring of public disapproval, including criticisms from the Tennessee Press Association and the Tennessee Association of Broadcasters. As I wrote last week, there was a raid on a major Tennessee walking horse trainer and figure, and it is alleged that he violated state and federal law by soring horses. The HSUS is now assisting with the care of the injured horses.
Ag-gag legislation would also impede public access to information about slaughter practices and the operation of slaughtering plants, in addition to shielding factory farms from any public scrutiny, and we can’t afford to let that happen. Timothy Pachirat’s book, “Every Twelve Seconds: Industrialized Slaughter and the Politics of Sight,” could not be timelier. A political science professor at the New School in New York City, Pachirat spent six months working at a slaughterhouse in Nebraska. I’ve done a short Q&A with him, and I’ll be publishing it in two installments – today and tomorrow.
Here’s the first half of our exchange:
Wayne Pacelle: Working at a slaughter plant has to be one of the toughest, most morally deadening jobs there is. Did a lot of people come and go during your six-month stint?
Timothy Pachirat: The turnover rate in the slaughterhouse is incredibly high; industry-wide it is close to 100 percent and that was reflected in my experiences as well. But equally startling was the long line of people at the employment trailer each morning trying to get a job in the plant.
WP: Why did you select the slaughter plant as a subject of study?
TP: I wanted to understand how massive processes of violence are normalized in modern society. Close to 27 million land animals are killed each day in the United States by dispossessed humans laboring under horrific conditions, and yet this massive work of violence is completely normalized and, for the most part, completely hidden from the sight and consciousness of those who rely on its products on a daily basis. What are the social, political and linguistic mechanisms at work to make this kind of massive, everyday killing possible?
WP: In your book, you observe and explain why slaughter plants and factory farms are often in very rural, out-of-the-way places. What’s at work here sociologically?
TP: There are economic, political, and logistical factors for why most industrialized slaughterhouses are located in rural places. What I find most interesting is the way these factors also contribute to the continued reproduction of the violence by shielding urban consumers from the realities of what they are eating. Distance itself becomes a valuable commodity.
WP: Even within the slaughter plant, there’s an attempt to hide what’s going on, and to compartmentalize what’s occurring. Why is the design set up this way?
TP: I don't think anyone sat down and said, 'Let's design a slaughtering process that creates a maximal distance between each worker and the violence of killing and allows each worker to contribute to that work without having to confront the violence directly.' Most of the architectural elements of the kill floor, including the extreme compartmentalization of the killing work, is overtly motivated by efficiency and food-safety logics. But what's fascinating is that the effects of these organizations of space and labor are not just increased 'efficiency' or increased 'food-safety' but also the distancing and concealment of violent processes, even from those participating directly in them. From a political point of view, from a point of view interested in understanding how relations of violent domination and exploitation are reproduced, it is precisely these effects that matter most.

FROM JOHN DARASH OF NY - THE GRAND JURY BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE
In a stunning 6 to 3 decision Justice Antonin Scalia, writing for the majority, confirmed that the American grand jury is neither part of the judicial, executive nor legislative branches of government, but instead belongs to the people.
It is in effect a fourth branch of government "governed" and administered to directly by and on behalf of the American people, and its authority emanates from the Bill of Rights.
COURT SUMMARY: The Common Law Grand Jury is an unalienable right of the people a forth branch of government created and administered directly by and on behalf of the people. It is separate from the courts functioning by its "own will" above the government serving as a referee between the Government and the people”. It is an investigative body acting independently with unhindered power to investigate and indict criminal wrongdoing merely on suspicion that the law is being violated, or even because it wants assurance that it is not. It needs not identify the offender it suspects, or even the precise nature of the offense it is investigating. It swears in its own witnesses, deliberates in total secrecy and Its indictment cannot be challenged. In short it has a duty to seeks out injustice and rectify it.
So what does this all mean?
Just to name a few things - we can turn back the “political and judicial clock” to 1789, we can indict criminals including judges and politicians, we can reinstate the real duties of the Sheriff, we can reinstate the “Elected Committeemen”, we can get our armories and militia back, we can force compliance to the Third Continental congress’s (2009) Articles of Freedom, we can stop Agenda 21 ... We are organizing 25 people in each of New York’s 62 counties across the state to become Grand Jurist.

GOOD NEWS FOR LIBERTARIANS AND INDEPENDENTS AND DISGUSTED REPS AND DEMS IN FLORIDA
This election is to be
held by a vote of delegates present to the Libertarian State Convention, 24-26
May 2013, in Naples Florida.
Pete Blome Announces
Candidacy for LPF At-Large One
Over the last two years the
Libertarian Party of Florida has changed for the better. As a Party we stand on the cusp of
becoming the choice for the voters of Florida and supplying the vision and
competition so lacking in our political process.
Certainly, this transformation was
not the effort of any one person.
It took the combined efforts
of dozens of dedicated, hard-working, self-sacrificing Libertarians throughout
the state who know in their hearts that individual rights, free markets, and
limited government are what lead to liberty, happiness, and prosperity. They are people who know government is a
dangerous servant and a fearful master.
They made the Libertarian Party of Florida the team to speak truth to
power, and show our fellow citizens that there is a better choice out
there.
It’s been my privilege to be a part
of this team, and I would like to continue to be so. I bring with me the traits that have
served me well in the past, my dedication, reliability and vision.
I am dedicated to making Florida the
first state with an effective Libertarian opposition to the Republican and
Democrat Parties. We are making
gains in the Panhandle, where I live, and since 2010 it is, arguably, the most
Libertarian voting part of the state.
Libertarians are often copied, badly, by the major parties in election
campaigns. However, once elected,
both major parties forget their libertarian promises and continue pursuing the
same wasteful policies using the force of government as the means. As a result we have fewer freedoms, a
centrally controlled economy, and a government that claims powers that span a
grey toned spectrum from “free speech zones” to federally mandated health
care. All the while, we sink
hopelessly into debt. I’ve been at
the forefront of bringing this to the attention of the electorate for a long
time now.
Next, I am careful about making
promises, but when I do, I see them through to the best of my
abilities.
Finally, I know the LPF will take
its place as a professionally run and organized political party that can
reliably put people and money together to elect candidates to office. We have already made great strides
at doing these tasks, but the LPF needs to improve. One area is fundraising. Without money we cannot effectively
speak to the millions of our fellow citizens who constantly hear the major party
message, nor can we support candidates.
Once we have the means, we need to professionalize as many functions of
the LPF as possible by hiring companies and staff to do the massive
administrative tasks inherent in talking with millions of people at a
distance. This would build trust in
our Party, and free our leadership to pursue more human tasks that help us
grow. We need to augment our
influence in the state by encouraging Libertarians to participate in business
and civic groups to show them that Libertarians are genuine and plausible
leaders who will be there tomorrow. We need to shatter the stereotype that
libertarians are ivory tower philosophers or cranks. Lastly, we need to improve our message
by targeting people and issues where force and fraud work against liberty and
prosperity; by restoring the power of the individual that was taken by big
government. This vision will take
work, but I see myself, and the LPF, up to the task.
Libertarians can, and should, be at
the forefront of Florida governance.
Give me the opportunity to continue working at the State level to help
make it happen. Vote for me for LPF
At-Large One Representative.
Thank you
Pete Blome

WILL US TROOPS FIRE ON AMERICAN CITIZENS?
http://intellihub.com/2013/04/28/will-u-s-troops-fire-on-american-citizens-2/
Well, personally, I do believe most of them will. Too afraid to buck the brass to defend the Constitution - after all, lawful or not, Constitutional or not, they "ARE", orders.
Years ago the Marines were given a survey - back in the 90s - and said if they were ordered to kill US citizens, they would, and so would (two different time frames) a young man working in a dive shop in PCB who was currently with the Navy, and one working in a local auto parts store in PC, then with the AF.
Go and ask some questions. Or maybe just one. The one in the heading.

The DOD is Building Terminators
Gary Rule #1 - People are fucking idiots. The Department of Defence is building Terminators. Indeed, people are idiots. The new incarnation of Boston Dynamics’ PETMAN robot, being developed for DARPA with Department of Defense funding, not only looks human but it also sweats to regulate body temperature. A new video showing PETMAN in action depicts the robot dressed up in a post-apocalyptic chem-bio suit with sensors embedded to detect hazardous chemicals.
“Decked out in chem-resistant camo and a dystopic gas mask, this robot couldn’t look more human,” writes Jason Dorrier.
When the clothing is removed, the robot looks something like Sonny from the movie I, Robot. PETMAN is self-balancing and can also do push-ups, walk, stretch, and squat reports Infowars News.
As
you can see from the previous incarnations of PETMAN in the videos
below, as the robot’s capabilities increase, so does its resemblance to a
human being.
That will
only serve to increase concerns expressed by numerous robotic experts,
that the Pentagon’s fleet of cyborgs is being developed with one primary
goal in mind – to pursue “suspects” and kill large numbers of people on
the future battlefield.
Terminator - Petman Tests Camo The PETMAN robot was developed by Boston Dynamics with funding from the DoD CBD program. John Stossel - Robots Smarter Than People Economics professor Jim Miller looks at the future of artificial intelligence.
Noel Sharkey, professor of artificial intelligence and robotics at the University of Sheffield, has repeatedly warned that the robots currently being developed under the auspices of DARPA will eventually be used to kill.
“Of
course if it’s used for combat, it would be killing civilians as well
as it’s not going to be able to discriminate between civilians and
soldiers,” said Sharkey.
Last month, award-winning military writer and former intelligence officer Lt. Col. Douglas Pryer also wrote an essay warning of the threat posed by remorseless “killer robots” that will be used to stalk and slaughter human targets in the near future.
In a 50-page report published last year, Human Rights Watch also warned that artificially intelligent robots let loose on the battlefield would inevitably commit war crimes.
Last year, experts at the prestigious University of Cambridge announced a project to conduct research into the “extinction-level risks” posed to humanity by artificially intelligent robots.
Flying drones that communicate with each other are also being developed for “hunting terrorists” and other “homeland security” purposes, as well as UAVs that could one day snatch humans off the street.
Detective Del Spooner: Is there a problem with the Three Laws?
Dr. Alfred Lanning: The Three Laws are perfect. Detective Del Spooner: Then why would you build a robot that could function without them? Dr. Alfred Lanning: The Three Laws will lead to only one logical outcome. Detective Del Spooner: What? What outcome? Dr. Alfred Lanning: Revolution. Detective Del Spooner: Whose revolution? Dr. Alfred Lanning: That, Detective, is the right question. Program terminated. |

1984 Big Brother Newspeak
Some 40,000 words have been tediously scrubbed of gender bias by a bi-partisan Big Brother Government
Washington state’s governor signed into law on Monday the final piece of a bi-partisan six-year effort to rewrite state laws using gender-neutral vocabulary, replacing terms such as “fisherman” and “freshman” with “fisher” and “first-year student.” Lawmakers have passed a series of bills since 2007 to root out gender bias from Washington statutes, though a 1983 state mandate required that all laws be written in gender-neutral terms unless a specification of gender was intended. “This was a much larger effort than I had envisioned. Mankind means man and woman,” said Democratic state Senator Jeanne Kohl-Welles of Seattle reports the Toronto Sun. The new gender-neutral references, for example, include “journey-level plumber” instead of “journeyman plumber,” “handwriting” in place of “penmanship,” and “signal operator” for “signalman.” “There’s no good reason for keeping our legal terms anachronistic and with words that do not respect our current contemporary times,” Kohl-Welles, the 475-page bill’s sponsor, told Reuters. The so-called "Conservative" Republicans joined in helping the bill pass the Democrat-controlled state House 70-22 on April 9 and unanimously cleared the state Senate on Feb. 8 before being signed by Democratic Governor Jay Inslee. The state likely won’t change the words “airmen” and “seaman,” for example, because of objections by the state’s Washington Military Department. Nearly 3,500 Washington state code sections, out of a total of about 40,000 have been tediously scrubbed of gender bias, although most involve adding pronouns “she” and “her” to augment the existing “he” and “his.” George Orwell - A Final Warning |

Hamas TV Has Children Extol Virtues Of Jihad, Desire To Blow Themselves Up…
The is fucking chilling to the bone - Advance the video to the 3:10 mark and listen to the children sing about murdering non-Muslims. Hamas recently broadcast a children’s television program in which kids extolled the virtue of suicide attacks and expressed their desire to blow themselves up in order to liberate Jerusalem and the entirety of Palestine. The al-Aqsa TV program, translated by MEMRI, featured the grandchildren of Umm Nidal, a former Hamas MP from Gaza who celebrated the deaths of her three sons who carried out suicide attacks against Israelis. Umm Nidal died in March in the Gaza reports the Times of Israel. Umm Nidal’s granddaughter said she was proud of the actions of her father — who produced the first Kassam rockets to hit southern Israel — and wished to be a martyr for Hamas as well. Another granddaughter launched into a rousing speech in which she called “upon all Muslim mothers, daughters, and sisters – Al-Aqsa Mosque expects us to be the next generation to march toward it. Do not spare us the commanders, the soldiers, and the martyrdom-lovers.” “The mothers send their sons to victory or to paradise, Allah willing,” she said. The grandchildren of Umm Nidal, none of whom appeared to be above the age of 10, then sang in chorus: “Jihad bestows pride and glory upon you when you become a martyrdom-seeker. Oh explosive device of glory – with her blood she created freedom. Ask [suicide bomber] Fatima Al-Najjar how one should live a life of pride.” |

President Obama To Ban Importation of Ammo, Magazines
President Obama To Ban Importation of Ammo, Magazines
and Gun Accessories Without Congressional Approval
April 23rd, 2013
Article source.
Over
the course of the last month, while Americans were distracted with the
threat of nuclear war on the Korean peninsula and the devastation
wrought by the Boston bombings, President Obama was quietly working
behind the scenes to craft laws and regulations that will further erode
the Second Amendment.
Congress, and thus We the People, may have
unequivocally rejected federal legislation in March which aimed to
outlaw most semi-automatic rifles, restrict magazine capacity, and force
national registration, but that didn't stop President Obama from ceding regulatory control
over firearms importation to the United Nations just two weeks later.
What the UN Arms Trade Treaty, passed without media fanfare by 154
counties, would do is to restrict the global trade of, among other
things, small arms and light weapons. Opponents of the treaty argue that
loopholes within the new international framework for global gun control
may make it illegal for Americans to purchase and import firearms
manufactured outside of the United States.
To further his gun-grabbing agenda, however, President Obama and his administration didn't stop there.
Now they're taking another significant step
against Americans' right to bear arms -- and they're doing it through
Presidential Executive Action, a strategy that, once again, bypasses
Congressional oversight and the legislative process.
…it appears that the BHO Administration is taking executive action on firearms importation. Take a few minutes to read this: After Senate setback, Obama quietly moving forward with gun regulation. Here is the key portion of the article:
"The
Importation of Defense Articles and Defense Services – U.S. Munitions
Import List references executive orders, amends ATF regulations and
clarifies Attorney General authority "to designate defense articles and defense services as part of the statutory USML for purposes of permanent import controls,"
among other clauses specified in heavy legalese requiring commensurate
analysis to identify just what the administration's intentions are.
Among the speculations of what this could enable are concerns that
importing and International Traffic in Arms Regulations [ITAR] may go
forward to reflect key elements within the United Nations Arms Trade
Treaty."[Emphasis added.]
Depending on how it is implemented, the implications of this change could be huge. With the stroke a of a pen and without the consent of Congress, ATF bureaucrats could make ANY gun part or accessory (including magazines) or ammunition that were originally manufactured or perhaps even those designed for military use no longer legal for importation for civilian use. That might mean no
more milsurp parts sets. No more milsurp magazines. No more milsurp
ammo. No more milsurp optics. Perhaps not even spare firing pins. This could be ugly.
I strongly recommend that you stock up on magazines, ammunition and spare parts for any of your imported military pattern guns, as soon as possible! Once an import ban is implemented, prices will skyrocket.
Source: James Rawles' Survival Blog via The Prepper Website
Just five days ago the President vowed to
push forward on gun control without Congress (see video below) and
Nancy Pelosi argued that no matter what Congress says, gun control is inevitable.
This latest round of Executive Actions is what they meant.
A direct on attack on the second amendment
is difficult if not impossible, so they are trying to slither their way
in through the backdoor by restricting international trade so we can't
import new firearms, by restricting access to accessories and gun parts,
by heavily taxing ammunition
and gun purchases, by mandating policies like forcing gun owners to
have liability insurance, and of course, by identifying potentially
dangerous gun owners and simply taking their firearms because of public safety concerns.
The President recently suggested that the
American people have spoken, and that they want guns to be restricted,
banned and heavily regulated.
If that's so, then how is that a bipartisan
Congress overwhelmingly rejected the President's bid to restrict and
outlaw private ownership of millions of weapons and gun accessories?
Going
through the United Nations and now implementing Executive Actions to
bypass America's Constitutionally mandated system of checks and balances
is an act of desperation.
Those who would take our rights have been
left with no choice but to try and force their agenda upon us through
dictatorial means.
