I emailed Dr. Eowyn on this item. I have known from an acquaintance working on cloud seeding and weather manipulation that this is done; through research (Dr. Ed Berry is a good place to start) that HAARP and Scalar Squares are real and that storms can be guided. It's called weaponized weather.
We'd better do some exploring of this subject for ourselves. If "they" can steer a hurricane like Sandy to collide with a Nor'easter, we'd better tell them we're in control and they'd just better "steer" the hurricanes out to sea.
And then you just have to wonder - IF this theory is real, then WHO REALLY are the TERRORISTS, with an election a week away?
