PANAMA CITY, FL - LOST DOG ALERT

From the owner:

Please pass this along to anyone locally that you can..I wasn't notified till late yesterday that she is missing and I have been doing what I can, including placing an ad in the paper, calling vets, shelters, etc. She is a FOBCAR dog and I am so worried about her.

Daisy is a 5 year old Beagle, possibly mixed, that weighs 42 lbs. She is microchipped. She is afraid and just recently came from a kill shelter. She went missing in the Target/Petsmart area on Monday, December 13th and we need to find her. Please pass this along and help us bring her home! She is terrified of traffic.

Note from me ONLY:

I don't know the circumstances, but please be advised that this is Christmas. Dogs are often stolen from cars at this time. NEVER TAKE YOUR DOGS IN THE CAR WHILE YOU ARE SHOPPING DURING HOLIDAYS.

This is a very, very heavily trafficked street and the adjacent stores are Office Depot, Target, Toys R Us, Books-A-Million, Tyndall Federal Credit Union and many motels, Best Buy strip mall across the street and and the Panama City Mall.

She could be traveling along Highway 231 or in a panic along Highway 77.

Please keep a lookout for her and help bring her home.

Thank you!
.
