Talking to my cousin in New England as we were both crocheting potholders (I'm trying something new), we spoke about the election. Things are very bad, economically, where she lives. Her daughter's employer is out of his agricultural product and has had to lay off most of his staff. Her husband is on unemployment. When he stops for gas, he asks for a job. Things are bleak in the north country.

I turned on the tv and Greta Von Susteren was speaking about the Los Angeles Times and their suppression of a video of Obama and Khalidi, and of an event where Palestinians were praising him and chanting for the destruction of Israel.

Not a good thing. Not a good thing at all.

No doubt you will find something about it on the web in other places, and on the news tomorrow, but I found this:

http://hillbuzz.wordpress.com/2008/10/28/la-times-continues-to-protect-obama-refuses-to-release-tape-of-obama-cheering-as-palestinians-call-for-destruction-of-israel/

You have to wonder why American Jews, so many of them in California, would not want to see this video. The LA Times covered the story in print, but now we need to see that tape on the eve of the election, don't we?

Oh - Bill Ayers was there, too.

Digg!
