I think I've figured it out. Our soldiers will be disbursed to foreign muslim countries to fight endless wars, totally unprepared and unarmed so they can be killed off.. DHS on the other hand, and all the departments that are receiving weapons, ammo, armored vehicles, etc., will take us on here.
Simple. The DHS is Obama's domestic army - and we will fight them first, then he'll send in the clowns from other countries.
