I'd rather buy raw milk, have my own backyard cow or a small goat herd. They would live with me until old age takes them and never had an udder infection (mastitis - nasty, hateful, painful infection). Lots of times it comes from over milking and milking machines and of course, a swipe at an udder with a dirty rag is going to pass infection. Every single person should know at least how to keep and milk a goat. Start there. There's going to come a time soon when to survive you'll have to know some old timey survival tips, and this is one.
