Did you know that Hawaii will issue anyone a birth certificate? I believe it was Joe Farrah was on Randy Humphrey's talk show last night. If you show up in Hawaii needing a birth certificate, you just tell them what to fill in. A dangerous thing. So if I'm from Yemen, here illegally, have somewhat of a command of the language, I believe I can walk right in, tell them I was born in the USA and where, and they will make one up.
Farrah said it's been that way for years. Cause for pause, huh?
