If you type into your search engine Sgt. Gwen Beberg and Ratchet, you'll find many articles about this traumatized and injured dog Gwen wants to bring back to the States. Please help her do so. She is an US Army Sergeant who rescued Ratchet, a puppy, from a burning trash pile. Now the Army is blocking her attempts to bring him back stateside.

Please honor Sergeant Gwen Beberg and her efforts to save this dog with your signature and comment on the petition site below. Our military must be made to understand that no matter how many medals you bring home, they don't live and breathe. HONOR our military with the animals they have grown to love; those that they rescued. We have no idea what they have gone through fighting this war. The stresses are inconceivable. If a soldier attempts to save an animal, it shows that soldier still has feelings; still has a heart and compassion enough to lift up and save one more life. So let us get behind Baghdad Pups and this petition, and the military branches and let our soldiers bring their companions home!
