Fourth Amendment Rights and illegal procedures by law enforcement

At this site, you will find, to your horror, law enforcement agencies all over the country violating our Constitutional rights, including the Fourth Amendment. Take your pick.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Warrantless searches, dynamic entries, traffic stops, trespass, all without warrants by whatever agency appears at your property line (including your automobile), are ILLEGAL!

In Florida, here is the oath of office including the Loyalty Oath:

OATH OF OFFICE

2.01.2 Oath of Office State of Florida:

I do solemnly swear that I will support, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, the State of Florida and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of Police Officer.

The Public Employees (Loyalty) Oath is mandated in Chapter 876.05, of the Florida State Statutes. The following oath shall be sworn and subscribed to by all Department personnel, and filed prior to the approval of any salary, expenses, or compensation:

LOYALTY OATH

2.01.3 Loyalty Oath:

I,_____, a citizen of the State of Florida and of the United States of America, and being employed by or an official, and a recipient of public funds as such employee or officer, do hereby solemnly swear or affirm that I will support the Constitution of the United States and of the State of Florida.

The reason for this entry is that we here in Bay County Florida have a state representative, Jimmy Patronis (R), who on phone declared that "We will find a middle ground" regarding illegal traffic stops. We were told by his secretary that Mr. Patronis had already addressed this issue with Burnie Thompson, local radio talk show host, WYOO FM, 101.1, who has been stopped multiple times, and would have the head of the FHP contact Thompson.

This has to stop. There is NO MIDDLE GROUND when it comes to this subject. Discussions with radio talk show hosts don't restore the Fourth Amendment rights of the citizens of Bay County, FL. These stops are in direct violation of both the Constitution of the United States of America and the Constitution of the State of Florida which mirrors the US Constitution. The oath is clear. The response of nationwide law enforcement has been to trample the Fourth Amendment throughout our nation and this continues on a daily basis.

Essentially what this means is that we are being conditioned by the government, whether it is local, state OR federal, to accept the loss of our Constitutional rights; to be "good little civilians"
and acquiesce to the state or be arrested and taken to the closest detention center.

I SAY NO!

Asserting and enforcing our rights and freedoms as sovereign citizens of the United States begins with me and with you.

We are in good company with the Founding Fathers, who gave to us a Republic to keep - if we could.

This is just a sad and disturbing, albeit continuing issue in the "free" (yeah, right) united states of North America.
