SEVERAL QUESTIONS REGARDING ELECTIONS AND VOTING...FROM AN EMAIL CONTACT OF MINE

Several questions regarding elections and voting:

·         Why doesn’t the federal government pay for postage for absentee ballots?

o   Isn’t demanding remuneration, in essence a poll tax, from the demographic group we collectively call the Military?

o   SCOTUS recently ruled that the Affordable Care Act was a tax, even though it was not called a tax.

o   What is the difference between “poll tax” and “postage”?

·         Is it illegal to request a $5 donation to offset the cost of early voting or absentee ballots?

o   Why am I required to pay for a convenience item requested by another?

o   Don’t we already do this with commuter lanes fees?

·         Why don’t we require voting machines that print receipts and indicate for whom you voted?

o   I was shocked to learn there was no way to see—and verify—how  the machines read and recorded my ballot when I inserted the two sheets into it.

o   The software and hardware already exist.

o   Bank ATMs spit out paper trails for users.

o   Why did our politicians and civil servants fail to faithfully accomplish this protection of our rights?

·         Why are the voting fraud laws so weak and so poorly enforced?

o   Why is subverting an election not considered a capital offense?

o   Why isn’t this prosecuted under RICO when applicable?

o   Why is the penalty for counterfeiting currency stricter than for voter fraud?

o   Why isn’t the supervisor of elections in FL 18^th demanding State and Federal investigations?

o   Why are the supervisors of elections in Pennsylvania demanding similar investigations when there is a statistically significant deviation from norms?

o   Why does anyone believe you can get 99% participation in voting—something that consumes resource—when we don’t get that level of participation in federal entitlement programs that provide “free” resource to participants?

·         What is the incentive for media outlets to demand reform when they make billions on political advertising during elections?

Do you get a receipt for your ballot?  In Bay County, FL, and probably throughout the state, we do not have that amenity.

I think it should be mandatory in case there has to be a recount.

When you have a Sheriff in Wisconsin allowing felons to receive ballots and vote, and when you have a vote counting firm in Spain, owned by Soros, we believe, you can throw an election.

I suggest you call every Supervisor of Elections and speak to no one else in the office.  You are aware of what's going on and you demand a pure and verified result, and wouldn't it be wonderful if your district had a receipt for you?

This is out of hand.  When you read about Scytl, the words "it is vulnerable from attack from inside" is chilling.

IT'S TIME TO CONTACT YOUR SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS AND YOUR STATE OFFICIAL IN CHARGE OF ELECTIONS - THIS ONE CAN'T BE TAMPERED WITH

We all know by now that our votes and our computerized voting machines can be hacked easily (search this blog or do a Google search).

In my and others' opinions, we know this presidential election is crucial to the existence of our country (and yours if you have these voting machines), so we can't sit back and let the hack happen.

We need a receipt for our ballots. A tear off number, a lasting copy (not like a cash register receipt - they fade) OR SOME OTHER DOCUMENTATION is an absolute necessity for this US presidential election so that SEIU, the Muslim Brotherhood, other unions, the dead in the cemeteries, illegal aliens, Obama's family in Africa and the Chicago thugs CANNOT CONTROL THE VOTE!

I'm sure they will say it's too expensive and that we should trust them with carrying out their duty to insure they are recording them correctly. BUT the security you have if there is a question, is in YOUR HAND IF YOU HAVE A RECEIPT. I will be calling my Supervisor of Elections at the local and state levels tomorrow to suggest this.

NY BOARD OF ELECTIONS GAFF MAY NULLIFY NEW YORK SOLDIERS' OVERSEAS ABSENTEE BALLOTS

Remember last week I was ranting about what a cousin said about not counting absentee ballots in NY? She was instructed NOT to count them unless there was a recount. Now this.

This is how to skew an election. This is election fraud. And that is the bottom line.

It can happen in your state. If you are told or instructed NOT to count absentee ballots, you must get this information to your Attorney General and your state police; put it on Youtube, blog it, contact your newspaper. You will be an American hero.

Voter fraud - Non-citizen voters...

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- An estimated 1.2 to 2.7 million non-citizen immigrants who have registered to vote could be the tipping point in the November elections, according to a new study, "How Many Non-Citizen Voters? Enough to Make a Difference: The Impact of Non-Citizen Voting on the American Elections", by immigration researcher, David Simcox.

The new study -- to be released on October 7 in Washington, D.C. -- estimates that in 2006 non-citizen voters ranged from:

-- 127,000 to 235,000 in New York;
-- 57,000 and 113,000 in New Jersey;
-- 87,000 and 209,000 in Illinois;
-- 476,000 to 700,000 in California;
-- 146,000 and 232,000 in Florida;
-- 161,000 to 333,000 in Texas; and
-- 41,000 to 86,000 in Arizona.

The estimated totals nationwide of non-citizen voters in the 2006 elections range from 1,839,000 to 2,714,000 illegal voters according to the new study.

FIRE Coalition is requesting all members consider becoming local election judges or poll watchers. If all local positions are filled for election judges, or you are ineligible or cannot sacrifice an entire day, please become a poll watcher in your district.

Please contact the Republican or Democratic Party officials in your district and volunteer your services for the upcoming election as soon as possible (this week), as time may be running out to qualify. They can direct you to the proper entity to apply.

Each Party in each state/county has its own criteria for such things as assigning polling places, training to detect and properly report irregular voting practices and the ‘do’s’ and ‘do nots’ of behaving yourself in polling places.

You may be permitted cameras. Please check.

The number one thing is to get poll watcher credentials.

If you are in an area where there is a large concentration of illegal aliens, your participation is vital.

In a telephone conversation with our local Supervisor of Elections, Mark Andersen had just gotten off the phone with someone who had received ballot address confirmation letters for his deceased parents. Whether or not he will bring the requests to Andersen is hard to determine.

We have voter fraud in several counties being discovered as the election draws closer.

If you do not get a numbered receipt that agrees with the number of the ballot you slip into those voting machines, demand a call to your Supervisor of Elections while you are standing at the polling location.

Memory cards can be reprogrammed to throw the vote. I just checked with the Vermont Secretary of State's website, and somewhere on their site, is a petition to
insure your vote is counted correctly, which Secretary Markowitz is encouraging Vermonters to sign.

Forget the chads that embarrassed Florida in years past - A paper ballot that can be verified by a receipt is the best way to cast a vote. Voting machines are dangerous to our political health.
