In addition, Mark Andersen, Supervisor of Elections in Bay County, FL, is a non-believer in Scytl, and so are the guys with the conservative/libertarian talk shows at Magic Radio's WYOO in Panama City, FL. UPDATE: A few seconds ago I requested a copy of the contract between the State of Florida and SCYTL under FS119, the Florida Sunshine Law. In a call to the Attorney General's office, an employee in the Elections div. hung up on me when discussing this. Also, in a conversation with another employee, she took my FS119 request and promised to pass it on (under the provisions of this statute). If you live in one of the 13+ states that has contracted with SCYTL (there are others - find out who is doing it if any, in your state), attempt to get a copy.
