The policy book published by the State Department that details this law is called Freedom from War -- The United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World. Elimination of armed forces and armaments is listed twice in this section. It also includes the requirement for elimination of conventional weapons. As we witness the conduct of public officials as they encroach upon the unalienable right of the people to keep and bear arms, and witness the disregard for the non-repealable status of the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights, it gives proof of the true intent behind the terms “conventional weapons“, and “general and complete disarmament”. The pursuit is for total and complete disarmament of the United States and its people, and for the surrender of U.S. sovereignty to international communist dominated organizations. IN SECTION 2573, you will find “Policy Formation”. It contains two prohibitions; one states, “No action shall be taken pursuant to this chapter or any other Act that would obligate the United States to reduce or limit the Armed Forces or armaments of the United States in a militarily significant manner, except pursuant to the treaty-making power of the President, or unless authorized by the enactment of further legislation by the Congress of the United States. Realize that the U.S. president and the Congress hold the power to activate their complete disarmament goals! Then it will be permissible for the United States to reduce or eliminate Armed Forces and armaments, and to prohibit individuals from the acquisition, possession, or use of firearms. The second prohibition is a swinging door. It was first added in 1963, at which time the federal government tried to silence the heavy public outcry when word got around that two years prior, in 1961, John F. Kennedy had signed the Disarmament Law: Public Law 87-297! That resulted in adding the following disclaimer: “Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to authorize any policy or action by any Government Agency which would interfere with, restrict, or prohibit the acquisition, possession, or use of firearms by an individual for the lawful1 purpose of personal defense, sport, recreation, education, or training.”2 At times this disclaimer is removed; other times (for the convenience of the government) it is entered back again, depending upon the extent of the outcry. Note: Ever since Franklin D. Roosevelt encouraged enactment of a New World Order, and called it “The New Deal”, every United States president since has favored this General and Complete Disarmament Law, which is a component of global government planning. Harry Truman officiated in signing the United States under the obligation of the United Nations Charter and began to implement globalism. The United Nations professes to be ‘peaceful’ and claims that “the use of force is subordinated to the rule of law”. It believes “international adjustments to a changing world can be achieved peacefully”. Has anyone ever heard of a workable law where there is no force behind it? The U.N. was built to have the only army in the world and all nations would have to give troops and access over their territory to the powerful U.N. Security Council.3 Neither the U.S. presidents nor the Congress are vested with the power to deprive this nation of its military; nor to prohibit the people from owning arms; nor to overthrow the Constitution! Meanwhile, the newly established Homeland Security (a militarized “agency” composed of un-elected persons over which the people have no power, have not voted for, nor have any way to remove them from office), is being given more and more authority and federal money to expand its control over the people of this nation. “Consent of the governed” has never been given to any president to engage in these pursuits. Whenever the current President George W. Bush4 speaks of “peace”, “freedom”, “a safer world”, and “a more peaceful world” -- it is the 1961 General and Complete Disarmament Law to which he is referring.

The 407aH (attack helicopter) can be customized for multiple weapon systems. "This is another example of Bell Helicopter responding directly to customer needs," said Larry Roberts, senior vice president for commercial business. "The 407 is a high performance platform with exceptional maneuverability, speed, payload, and range. it will meet the needs of a variety of para-public agencies at a cost that is far less than that of a similarly equipped military aircraft - but with increased lethality."

The helicopter's initial weapon system includes a Dillon 7.62 M134T Minigun as well as a seven-shot rocket launching system, using 2.75 inch rockets. Optional equipment includes a chaff and flares system for countermeasure, sliding doors in the rear for cargo or personnel transportation, a cargo hook for search and rescue capability and crew seat armor in case the bad guy shoots back.

RODENTS EVERYWHERE By Joe Kress February 19, 2011 NewsWithViews.com The Start Treaty was approved by the senate by 71 to 26 against the advice of over 30 high ranking officers within the three military branches, with one major, powerful proponent - the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff, Admiral Mullins (CFR). How many more times will the hoi polloi become duped into thinking that the two party systems exist for the benefit of U.S. citizenry? Since the end of WW II, our country is lead by outside forces that previously germinated with Teddy Roosevelt’s “Manifest Destiny” and Woodward Wilson’s admission that he was a fool for a group of unscrupulous men of which he dare not name. He stated this before he died: “I have ruined my country.” What the United States has become is the United States Corporation. This corporation is not led by the president. He is but the agent and so are so many members of the House and Senate in both parties who are part of the tentacles of a mammoth octopus of international corporate, political and financial interests that have long planned to restructure the entire economies of nations into a world order of countries without borders. In the January 22nd issue of the Economist magazine the article The Rich and the Rest lays out what already is established in Europe with a common currency and borderless countries. The process progressed to such an extent in the U.S. that the structure of the New World Order has overwhelmed the political system. From what I understand from this article, the New World Order is already a fact and reversing it is a mythical wish. The realistic fact is that the congress is so corrupted because lobbyists represent corporate, financial, international and other special interests through bribery. They have more influence than any Heritage Foundation or Tea Party group. The result of this corruption destroys national sovereignty and independence to a point that only chaos can soon follow and the beacon on the hill is in the process of collapsing into the grubby hands of those who desire to restructure it. Already, Charles Hedges, an author and philosophical apologist defending rebellion, at a large book signing gathering this past week, filmed on C-Span, said that he is an anarchist and the sole solution to equality, commenting on his latest book, Death of the Liberal Class, he would chain himself to the gates of the White House in protest against the government. Further, while being applauded for his stance, he recommended physical violence leading to chaos and rebellion. His advocacy for the green revolution would, if adopted and if implemented, eliminate nearly every modern method of agriculture and carbon fuel emissions to cause a reversal of 20th and 21st century “progress.” As just an example, which adds fuel to his and other Greens regarding corporations like DuPont, Archer Daniel Midland, Monsanto Chemical and manufacturers of bio-adulterated seeds, that can’t reproduce for the next planting and chemicals such as Round Up to kill weeds that is now triggering 40 plant diseases and endangers human and animal health, are facts that enforce my belief that the “corporation” takes precedent over the health of the nation. The Start Treaty is only the latest of a series of blunders planned and executed by our elected puppets who in each case complied with the dictates of the Bilderberg Group. The same old excuses for missing the boat are used time and again by the so called opposition. On its face the issue becomes increasingly contentious. The Democrats pushed Republicans to approve the treaty without significant changes, while many including the minority leader in the Senate, Mitch McConnell, accused the Obama Administration of rushing the treaty toward passage without giving the Senate enough time to fully consider it. But one should look at who within the Republican Party voted for the treaty to understand where their motives lie…to weaken our missile defense and development. The Republicans voting yes were senators Lamar Alexander (Ten), Robert Bennett (Utah), Scott Brown (Mass), Thad Cochran (Miss), Susan Collins (Maine), Bob Coker (Ten), Jud Gregg (New Hampshire), Johnny Jackson (GA.), Mike Johanns (Neb.), Richard Lugar (Ind.), Lisa Murkowski (Alaska), Olympia Snowe (Maine) and George Vonovich (Ohio). During the final debate, several Republicans accused the president personally of weakening the United States role in the world with New Start. “The treaty is just another example, another symptom of foreign policy that sends a message of timidity, even ambivalence not only about our own security, but about America’s leadership role in a very dangerous world” said Sen. John Cornyn (R- Texas). Senator David Vitter (R-La) agreed, “I think it makes us less secure, not more secure as a nation. It’s clear to me that President Obama went into negotiations willing to give up almost anything to get a treaty and that basic posture produced what proves in the past that it always will be a bad deal for us. Advertisement It is interesting to note that Senator John Kerry, the treaty’s champion in the Senate as Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, thanked the Republicans who joined the Democrats supporting the pact that could not have been ratified without partisan backing and gave his closing argument for it. Senator Kerry is a Skull and Bones member as are former presidents George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush who are joined at the hip with the administrations of Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, members of the Trilateral Commission, and former guests of the Bilderberg Group. Ford was a member of the Bilderberg inner circle. So who really runs this country and the leadership of our Government both in the House of Representatives, the Senate and the Oval Office? The controllers are centered in Europe and the strategists are centered in the Bilderberg Group. The imbedded old money still is in the hands of the monarchists whose intrigues are linked to money and power and the formulators are central bankers with power to destroy any plan, any democratic republic that would get in the way of world government of their choosing. On 1/26/2011 this link explains the most open information related to the Bilderberg: Not all that are invited to the Bilderberg meetings are necessarily in league with its key leadership, but those who attend both by the major media outlets and invited guests are sworn to keep secret what is discussed. David Rockefeller, at a Council on Foreign Relations meeting, made a special effort to thank the heads of the media for maintaining their silence, and he stated it makes little difference since the plan has progressed too far to be threatened. The Bilderberg conference is held annually in different countries at luxury hotels, usually in Europe resorts and once every four years in the United States and Canada. It has an office in Leiden, South Holland, Netherlands. In whatever country they meet, it is held in secret with full support for security by the host country. To gain some perspective of how the President Obama fits the plans for the New World Order, Henry Kissinger, a key elder along with David Rockefeller of the Bilderberg remarked that global upheaval presents ‘great opportunity’ posted January 6, 2009. “The president elect is coming into office at a moment when there is upheaval in many parts of the world simultaneously” He continued: You have India, Pakistan; you have the jihadist movement. So he can’t really say there is one problem, that it’s the most important one, but can give new impetus to American foreign policy partly because the reception of him is so extraordinary around the world. His task will be to develop an overall strategy for America in this period when, in reality, a new world order can be created. It’s a great opportunity; it isn’t just a crisis.” Interesting to note that before winning the presidency George H. W. Bush was a member of the Trilateral Commission founded by David Rockefeller and a part of the New World Order links with the Royal Institute for International Affairs, the CFR, the Bilderberg Group, Club of Rome and Rockefeller creation, the Trilateral Commission. The organization that carries out the strategies of the Bilderberg meetings is the Council on Foreign Relations whose members are in both political parties in congress and at every key management level within the hierarchy of our government. It is in the Military at the highest levels. It is evident that those who subscribe to the objective of world government are selected for promotion to the highest positions. General Powell is a blatant example. Admiral Mullins and his fellow military CFR members (politicians in mufti all) recently made another contribution to the New World Order and the U.N.’s Charter by backing open homosexuality despite the fact that the guys who really are combat soldiers are dead set against twinkle toes in fox holes. But Mullins, the Navy’s most military influential World Order member carries out his orders representing David Rockefeller, Henry Kissinger, George Soros and those elite monarchy types such as the royalty of England, odd Prince Charles, an adulterer, whose own mother can’t trust him to be her replacement; the Queen’s husband, Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh; Willem Alexander, Prince of Orange; Infanta Cristina, Duchess of Palma de Mallorca; younger daughter of Juan Carlos I, King of Spain; Queen Sofia of Spain, wife of Juan Carlos I, King of Spain; Prince Philippe, Duke of Brabant, Crown Prince of Belgium; Hans-Adam II, Prince of Liechtenstein, Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands and her husband Claus Von Amsberg, Carl XVI Gustaf, King of Sweden; Prince Axel of Denmark.
