'betraying the uniform' really means

In today's issue: Savage is outraged by Obama's response to reports of increased sexual assaults occurring in the military and the Pentagon.
He fears the president will use these crimes as an "excuse to throw real men out of the military."
"Yesterday Obama gave a press conference about female sexual assault victims in the military," Dr. Savage told his audience, adding:

I couldn't believe what they're doing.
I told you what would happen when radical feminists starting pushing women into command positions in the military.
They're taking women and putting them around real men with high testosterone (not San Francisco men), and if a man says anything to a women, Obama now thinks it's rape.
Obama now has the perfect excuse to call it a crime then throw the real men out of the military and turn it into a Danish-style military.
He says, "Whoever carries this out is betraying their uniform."
How does even Obama know what "betraying the uniform" is?
He betrayed the uniform when he violates the Constitution over and over again.
He's a liar. I'm outraged.
