Actually, I don't call it scrambling...What Obama's doing now is tap dancing - but he's not good at it either. He couldn't even keep up with Bill Bojangles Robinson, shown here with Shirley Temple.
And Bill was lovable and I loved to watch him. And talented. Both of which Obama is NOT.
