I am proud of Panama City Beach. Only the fawning politicians, begging for tourism income, turned out. The route wasn't lined with flags or supporters. We had one patriot standing out there with his "Don't Tread on Me" flag. He was disappointed. I say he shouldn't be. We felt the whole thing a giant irritation. We should have been wearing black armbands in honor of the death of our country at his hands.
They didn't eat local seafood. Chicken nuggets, fish tacos, guacamole and a burger was on the lunch menu. Maybe they were afraid?
Shouldn't they have gone to Pensacola or points west on the coast?
We are tired of the Obama's. We here were seriously underwhelmed at the visit.
