US House pases mandatory national service bill!

This is so dangerous - MANDATORY SERVICE. My grandchildren, your children now - even you aging boomers - are going to have to do mandatory service.
Does this not go against your grain? Is this the America of our childhood? We are FREE MEN AND WOMEN. We don't do this in America. We volunteer of our own volition.
And what about O's private million man army? Don't you understand what's happening? When you close your eyes at the end of the day, don't you feel like there's something wrong in America?

Editing JPEG images - do you lose data?
Q: My digital camera saves photos as JPEGs. Someone told me that JPEGs degrade every time you open them. Is simply viewing my photos really destroying them?
A: I'm afraid you've been misinformed. Your photos won't degrade when you open them. Rather, they degrade every time you edit and save them. The JPEG format uses lossy compression. Compression is used to keep file sizes small; it's common with photo formats. However, some data is discarded when JPEGs are compressed; hence the "lossy" part.
