In a bold move of Constitutional HERESY, Eric Holder declares the ATF, FBI, DEA, and the US Attorney's Office SUPERIOR TO THE STATES. Invoking a ridiculous and clearly illiterate view of the Supremacy Clause, Holder declares that if Kansas continues to defy federal gun laws, he will have no choice but to all appropriate actions necessary to prevent States from interfering with the enforcement of federal law.

Ironically this flies in the face of the promises made by the "hero" of this administration, Abraham Lincoln. In Lincoln's Inaugural address he recognizes that the power of the STATES is SUPERIOR to the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT:

"Resolved, That the maintenance inviolate of the rights of the States, and especially the right of each State to order and control its own domestic institutions according to its own judgment exclusively, is essential to that balance of power on which the perfection and endurance of our political fabric depend; and we denounce the lawless invasion by armed force of the soil of any State or Territory, no matter what pretext, as among the gravest of crimes." ~ Abraham Lincoln

The Supremacy Clause DOES NOT make the federal government superior to the States. It does declare that ONLY federal laws made in pursuance to the Constitution are the law of the land. If they go against the Constitution, as Alexander Hamilton said, they are expressly INVALID!

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; ...shall be the supreme law of the land; ~ Supremacy Clause
