We didn't win anything. Our soldiers were duped into sacrificing all, or parts of themselves, in an undeclared war that was a fabrication.
One of the soldiers was de la Cruz. He was on his third tour.
A third tour? How inhumane is that? I personally know a soldier who I think did three tours. He went in thinking the cause was just, and now he knows it was all lies. But now he can't function as a human being. He's been home for a few years now. He'll never be happy and he'll never be whole. The care he gets is minimal by the VA. He carries no visible injuries. They are all inside.
