CYBER ATTACKS "ACTS OF WAR" WHICH MAY RESULT IN MILITARY RESPONSE

The Pentagon considers cyber attacks to be 'acts of war' which may result in a military response. It's an interesting position for the Pentagon to take because it amounts to a tacit admission that the U.S. government and it's allies have been engaged in 'acts of war'. We are not talking about defensive actions in the name of 'cyber security' here, but offensive and aggressive cyber warfare... Like a true authoritarian, "Do as I say, not as I do."
