No - maybe he'd look better in prison forever. I have a kennel in my backyard I'm not using. It's small - wired all over to keep guinea fowl in. Doesn't have a roof - maybe a sheet of plywood, if I
decided to be nice.
If the dogs didn't clean them up (hah!), he might get fed once a day.
