I thought you had to study English when you become a citizen. I thought you could vote only if you're a citizen. So does this mean if you don't speak English, then you are an illegal alien, and not allowed to vote, but it's ok anyway because Obama doesn't give a shit if you're illegal or not. He just wants you to vote for him with your phony IDs?
