Boy and Girl Scouts trained for them. Right here in our community, front page news was a Sheriff's group for young people - practicing handcuffing. SWAT practice made the front page, too. We have a quiet community - a quiet county. Why?
Sheriff has machine guns, compliments of federal grants.
