War is war. Elsewhere in this blog is Patton's famous speech. Find it, read it. My friend's son was in Iraq for three tours. His parents had to send him a special scope to help him not get picked off.
My son, who went to Bahrain, asked the Admiral for whom he worked why they couldn't get sidearms at least, when Khobar Towers went down. They had the guns locked up in their armory, but they didn't have ammunition.
Why did we send our beautiful children there if they weren't armed sufficiently?
