Then why are we? Bill Clinton's very stoopid (and the people who allowed it to pass are either really, really smart to be able to hoodwink us, or very, very stoopid), has got to be reversed.
The idea that local law enforcement is contracted to do the work of MPs is just as stoopid.
Where is the outrage of our soldiers? Our people? Our elected officials (IF they are patriotic)?
