How to make a spinning wheel...

http://www.pjsadventures.com/DragonsKeep/personal/PVCWheel.html

When I lived in California, I learned to spin and it became a real useful, enjoyable hobby. My son had a friend who lived a couple of doors down, and spinning yarn from a fleece (he even learned to card it). I still love to spin, but really, knitting a sweater full of lovely lanolin, doesn't make too much sense even here in my area. It's just too hot.

But should you want to spin, here is a pvc spinning wheel that will work for you.

Thank you so much for posting your design for a spinning wheel. I've been looking for a wheel I could make and you've provided it!
Great job.

My sweet husband used your plans to make me my very own spinning wheel!!!..I love it!!!...thank you... he used a dowl rod instead of a knittin needle and we added a hook to the end of that the next day... it was very helpful for me... I have maked some yarn out of felting roving I had on hand.
You can see a picture of my wheel on my blog www.aplaceformycards.blogspot.com
your plans are why I now have a wheel..I found them on Friday... he went shopping and built my wheel in only about an hour and a half after he got home.. thank you so much!
