Just what we wanted, right?  For all the BLM, EPA, Agenda 21, save the ocean creatures, NPR, National Geographic crap going on, we are allowing this?  A dead ocean.  What about our fisheries?  Why are other countries fishing within our waters?  What would happen if you and I put an explosive device into the sea to catch fish with?
