LOSS OF FAITH IN DEMOCRACY MAY MAKE 2012 THE MOST FRIGHTENING YEAR IN LIVING MEMORY

"Democracy".
Democracy is mob rule. I think most people don't realize this.
If we are talking about the USA, it was originally formed as a democratic republic.
There's a difference.
I'm tired. Been at the computer entirely too long today.
So I'm going to put the birds to bed, walk the dogs, have a glass of water (really) or a cup of herbal tea and watch you all celebrate.
Didn't even buy a candy bar.
The sunset was not too impressive tonight, but I should have popped another battery in my camera and taken a shot for you.
The eve of possibly the most important year in American history, and if the Mayans were right - we're in big trouble. If we make a mistake in our election we're in big trouble, too.
But tonight is for big hugs and lots of kisses.
Stay safe on the roads. If you're too drunk to drive, stay put.
