Why was this done?

Who allowed the Chinese Communists who are NOT our friends, to purchase this military vehicle branch of GM?

This is a military vehicle the USA designed and produced. Why did we sell the technology to China? It is not the flashy vehicle the "haves" use to shop for groceries.

Whoever was responsible, should be tried for treason.
