When I first heard this story I though, for sure, that some neglectful parent had sent their child to school with a candy bar or something like that. Nope. Not the case at all. A state agent inspecting the homemade lunches of preschoolers decided that chicken nuggets have more nutritional value than a turkey and cheese sandwich, a banana, and some apple juice, and so forced the little girl to buy a cafeteria lunch instead.
