Rainproofing your camera...
Not just for amateurs and snapshotters, but for pros as well, comes this neat how-to from "Digital Camera", an on line magazine from England (whose sky drips quite often). The fear of drowning another camera gives me chills. Stalking damselflies on a spongy creek bank is one thing (ok - it gave way) but drizzle and rain is another. So I usually don't take my camera out in our Florida rains, or any other place. And I know there are valuable shots I'm missing.
It may give you ideas for your little point and shoot as well.
So here's the link, and I hope it is helpful.
