I've always wanted a dehydrator. I never seem to get around to getting one. So here's my no-excuse-now project. All I have to do is get the light (will the brooder light do it? I think so.)
and the box. I have to get the box...
If you try this, leave a comment as to how it worked for you. In humid Florida, it's difficult to keep anything dry. Had a heck of a time making jerky.
