US Coast Guardsmen and women -

If you haven't received a recent check (the one I will be referring to is a retirement check),
please look at the name of the bank that issues your checks, compared to prior checks.

The name has changed.

A friend who is retired from the USCG has received a check from a global bank in the UK.

Does that mean the US Treasury is out of money? That the Federal Reserve is insolvent? That the country you defend is now depending on a G L O B A L BANK?

I'd sure be asking some questions on that one.
