I've also heard about exercises of police with weapons coming into schools, having children clasp their hands in back of their heads and get into buses.

Sounds like Nazi Germany to me. Teach your children well. Teach them to obey the men with the guns, get on the buses in an orderly fashion so when the FEMA camps are open, they will go to their death in an orderly manner, too.
