This is a fear of mine. I'm not phobic, but I have electric windows (I HATE THEM) in my vehicle.
We have all kinds of bridges over lakes, ponds, sloughs, bays where I live. When you see bridges buckle and collapse, or see the paper with photos of drivers run off the road and drowned in their vehicle, I put something within easy reach to break out the window.
