This is a snippet from a list I'm on for people who believe in survival and preparedness.
This is "Dell's" email:
I went to pick up my kids yesterday (the home is in my name and ex
and kids live there) and my ex-wife told me that the cops came to the
house and searched it with drawn guns the other night. My step-daughter
had gotten a traffic ticket and when she went to court, she had
forgotten to renew her driver's license. She was told to bring a renewed
driver's license in to prove that she had taken care of it. She forgot
to bring it in and the judge issued a bench warrant and a search warrant
for her. Two city Marshalls showed up about 9pm and my ex-wife and my
twin eight-year-olds were the only ones at home. The Marshalls came in
with their guns drawn and went through the whole house. My
step-daughter, who they were looking for, doesn't live there. My
eight-year-olds said that they became scared when the Marshalls pulled
the guns out and pushed pass their mom. When my step-daughter did go in
the next morning to show her license, they handcuffed her and put
her in jail until the judge was ready to see her.
This is not Chicago, New York, or Los Angeles. This is small town Louisiana. And it happened over a girl forgetting to show a judge proof that she had renewed her driver's license.
It's getting bad folks.

H/T to Dell for permission.
