IF I were our Supervisor of Elections instead of Mark Andersen, I would sell all the computer voting machines, touch screens and all, in favor of a paper ballot with a carbon attached and a receipt. You get a copy and the receipt attached has a number which is recorded at least twice.
Into the locked box our votes go, with at least two observers in attendance, and they never leave until the final votes are counted.
That's how we'd do it if I were to run and win. We don't need no stinkin' hackable voting machines!
