So here's my scenario.
Albright said he was on ice in a military installation's morgue.
So since the SEALS may be disbanded because of budget cuts (I heard that yesterday or the day before - you go check it), they needed some good PR.
They get in the high tech choppers with the stiff (stiffs don't carry guns - it's like not having thumbs, you can't do a thing if you're ice), run into the "compound hovel", stand him up, shoot the top of his head off, get the other guys, because if you're a SEAL or any other soldier, you break things and kill people in an attack, carry him out again, fly him to the ship. He's defrosted by now.
Spray him off, bundle him up, slide him down the plank.
Good for the SEALS, good for Obama, not so good for us - no proof, no body, no photos.
Who the hell knows now?
