OBAMA AND EPA DETERMINED TO DISMANTLE US BEEF INDUSTRY - WE MAY NEED "STRATEGIC HAMBURGER SUPPLIES'

If you don't know how to grow it (I'm lousy in the garden, but I can raise livestock), or raise it, you'd better start learning.

Time to thumb your noses at zoning restrictions and grow your own meat and produce.

Hens are quiet, especially banties - no one will know you have them.

Goats are excellent sources of meat (the meat breeds), and milk and butter. The bucks smell terribly during breeding season and the odor travels, but the does are wonderful pets and companions who will produce babies for meat, milk or barter. They are quiet, and kept clean, they don't have any odor. The manure from chickens and goats get composted and there's your fertilizer. Rabbits can be kept in hutches, produce lots of babies and are good to eat. The pellets and urine are excellent fertilizer and can be put in your garden without composting. Won't burn your plants.

Take a look at the following magazines and sites: Grit, Mother Earth News, Murray McMurray Hatcheries, and get on some of the web's homesteading lists.
